I am extremely happy with our kitchen countertops, they are absolutely perfect and exactly what I envisioned! James was instrumental in helping us pick the right stone- we could not have done it without him! John was very responsive and made the whole process very simple. The installers did a fantastic job and quickly came back to make one minor adjustment after we received our stovetop. In summary, excellent service and we were also pleased with pricing. I will definitely use Milestone again!

Milestone Countertops installed a beautiful natural stone vanity top for my guest bathroom. They arrived on time & we’re very professional especially in communicating how they would perform the work and cleaning up after the job was complete.

James was great to work with, and even came back 3 times to make sure the measurements were right. The process was slowed by COVID, but the final results were great. Even during the install we were able to voice a concern and have it fixed right then and there. Very reasonable pricing, and easy to work with and communicate with. I would definitely recommend and would use again if I needed it! The whole process was easy.

I absolutely love love my bathroom countertops! Had both bathroom countertops done yesterday and we couldn't be happier! Milestone Countertops gave me an extremely fair quote on install of a counter top and back splash. Communication was great throughout the process. I was very impressed with the professionalism and talent of the gentlemen who did the installation. They listed to each of my requests and gave advice on the best way to go about it. The final product is 110% what I was looking for. I would highly recommend them and I'll be going back if I have other countertop needs.

John took care of two kitchens for us after Hurricane Harvey and even rescued us from a bad installation by a competitor. All the staff at Milestone are extremely professional, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. They paid a lot of attention to detail and walked us through all the tricky situations to help us make the best decision for our home. We would use Milestone every time!

Milestone came today to fix a bad Quartz fabrication done by another fabricator. They did a phenomenal job- they somehow managed to remove the badly fabricated slab without breaking a single piece of our backsplash- the fabrication job Milestone did is superb And the union of the two pieces is so amazingly invisible- you have to really look for it. Extremely courteous workers and they covered & cleaned everything up right away.

I needed a sink resealed to the granite after it came apart and hanging on by a thread. Arthur promised earlier in the week that he would definitely get to me on Saturday despite all the crazy calls and work he is doing after the hurricane harvey that hit just hit. Jose, his worker finally got here after fighting the traffic and took great care of us and did a very professional job! I would definitely use them again and thank them for helping us out even though we had something really small when people needed thing is really big! u rock!

John and Arthur make a great team, I was very impressed with their expertise and professionalism. What was more enjoyable in regards to working with them was the fact that they would promptly respond to my texts and inquiries! Might not seem like a big deal, but after dealing with deadbeat contractors, they were a breath of fresh air to work with.
I had them renovate my kitchen counters and island, we used Calcutta gold quartz with a waterfall edge, and I LOVE IT!! We also changed out my master bath vanity tops to a grayish quartzite with beautiful veins. Thank you guys!

Milestone did a great job for me. They fabricated exactly what I asked for, on time and on budget. They were friendly and professional, and very good about returning calls promptly and letting me know the status of my job. I asked for a few things that were a bit out of the ordinary (faucet hole spacing, counter top shape and depth), and they were very pro-active to make sure that what I appeared to be asking for for was really what I wanted. I will definitely talk to them first when I have another stone project.

I reached out to Milestone largely because of the positive reviews on Yelp - seemed like a great place in my neighborhood to do business with for my kitchen countertops. Seems I was wrong. I tried calling Milestone multiple times, but never got an answer, and reached an auto message saying the voicemail wasn't set up. So I tried reaching them through their contact form on the website. I sent a message, and got the auto-response saying they would be back in contact within 1 business day. That was over 2 weeks ago. I absolutely love the way my kitchen project turned out. John did an exceptional job at responding to me, always remaining professional, and completing the job with integrity. Anything John said he would do, he did. I remodeled my entire downstairs and other projects did not go as smoothly as working with John. I wish we hired him to do our entire project.
