Because of the ratings of this company, I was extremely hopeful that I would receive excellent care and honest communication. Although I did receive prompt communication, I ran into a road block when asking questions about pricing. Scheduling was easy and readily available, but when it came down to sealing the deal, unless I was willing to sign a blank check to the cost of fixing my problem, then no go. I told this to Sebastian and it's true, we hit the jackpot finding him and his team for our plumbing issues. As a new homeowner, all sort of issues arise in the first year. We knew we had to take care of some plumbing issues which had been the cause for many other issues. I was worried about finding someone I could trust because much of the big job was in the tiny crawl space and that area of the home is a mess with wires, previous rodent activity, old pipes, etc and an area of the home where I feel still uncomfortable going.

SAS Plumbing was recommended to assess a tankless water heater system that was installed on my personal residence and never functioned correctly. SAS quickly identified the issues and explained in detail what needed to be done and why. SAS completely rebuilt the system and it now functions flawlessly. I hired Sebastian to do two fixes: replace the fittings on my water heater and stop a leak under my bathroom.
He replaced the water heater fittings but told me he couldn't fix the leak under the bathroom because there were too many leaks and suggested I repipe the entire house.
I asked for time to get a second opinion.
He charged me $380 to replace the pipe fittings and $300 for the inspection.
After calling several other plumbers for a second opinion, most of them were going to do free inspections and the ones that were going to charge me were only charging $100 and would waive that if

Great experience with a big project. SAS Plumbing originally came out to diagnose a sewer leak. After discovering a few leaking pipes and meeting Sebastian the owner, we decided to repipe all the sewer lines, replace old incorrectly installed water pipes and install a water softening system and instant water heater. I was immediately impressed with Sebastian because he took the time to go underneath the house himself rather than one of his crew members. He spent a lot of time down there and took pictures to show me. He never tried to up-sell me but gave me all the options with pros and cons. SAS

We have used Sebastian twice before and we were very pleased with the quality and service he provided so when our toilet was continuing to run because of a bad flapper we called him. Unfortunately, he was booked solid for the next three days and could not come out in a timely manner so he directed me to purchase a 3" universal flapper and install it myself. It turned out to be a fairly simple task and it saved having to pay someone for a simple fix. Thank you, Sebastian. I will still call you when I have plumbing needs.

I called them to repair the work done by another plumbing service that had 5 stars on Yelp, but did a terrible job. That previous plumber's work literally just fell apart under my sink and I needed to call someone. SAS Plumbing gave me an appointment quickly. Sebastian was very professional and clearly explained what work he would do. The price was very reasonable. They cleaned up the workspace better than it was when he got there. They wore masks. Highly recommended.

Found SAS plumbing doing Yelp search after my kitchen drain backed up. Called at 7:00 AM and was scheduled for same day appt. Sebastian called back shortly after and provided me with a much earlier appt citing the fact that we are all working at home during COVID-19 and that the kitchen is an important area. Showed up promptly with PPE attire and was able to resolve my issue within a very short period of time. Very professional and clean work area, and answered all of my questions about drain maintenance. Definitely recommend SAS Plumbing.

After calling several plumbing companies recommended on Yelp I connected with Sebastian from SAS Plumbing. He was professional on the phone and had time to address our problem the next day. He replaced our leaky kitchen faucet and soap dispenser within a short amount of time. He removed some unneeded plastic pipes under the sink and capped an unused dishwasher vent. He was efficient, clean and took pride in his work. We were very pleased with his speed, cleanliness and price. We would highly recommend him!

Sebastian is great! He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff well. We have been using them for a long time and he takes care of small or bigs jobs no matter what. Very communicative which is important and very attentive. He can do water heaters, leaks, sewer repairs etc.. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work you need.
