I am VERY impressed with Florida Breeze. I called at 8 a.m. on the Monday before Christmas and they had a technician at my home at 11 a.m. the SAME day!!! I would highly recommend advising the technicians driving your company vehicles to be mindful when they are driving, since it’s really obvious what company they work for, being as they’re driving around in mobile advertisement. Whoever drives this van aggressively cut us off on both Babcock and Malabar.

Called today, on a Sunday. Their on-call service technician, Mark, returned my call in a couple of minutes. He walked me through troubleshooting steps that helped me get my air conditioner back in working order. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through step-by-step and literally saved me hundreds of dollars. Mark gets five stars from me! And obviously this type of customer service is instilled in its employees… I highly recommend Florida breeze.

A/C went out Sunday evening about 8:00pm. House was still cool so there was no emergency. Called office at 8:00am and left message. Call was returned shortly thereafter. Repair person arrived around 1:00 as promised. Diagnosed the problem but it was a unique part which he drove across town to get. A/C was back working before 3:00pm. The price was very reasonable. Repair person was knowledgable and polite. I'm very satisfied.

It's not often you meet people that are genuinely kind, caring and helpful . Especially when it's an AC business in FL. When you need service ,you feel at the mercy to the professionals... Well... I was in tears and Ms. Evelyn took my call and did all she could to get me someone when they were all booked and even had a tech call out sick on them.. in fact the service manager himself..Mr Sam showed up after 5 pm so we all would sleep in air tonight... thank you .. Florida Breeze installed my AC system, and it's been working great for years now. When my AC started blowing hot around 4 pm on a Friday, I called them and they were here about 45 minutes later. Our technician did a thorough check and replaced a necessary part. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and our AC was blowing cold a short time later. I highly recommend Florida Breeze.

Neighbor had his done and highly recommended them to me. They came out on the day they said early and did an amazing job. They treated me like family and worked on my house as if it was their own. The system inside unit and outside is beautiful and works perfectly.

Just had my 10yr+ Goodman AC unit (inside and out) replaced. Ned, the salesman, was courteous and professional and offered me the right equipment which fit perfect for my needs and budget. The technicians, John and David, were prompt, neat, and completed the job in a timely manner. They did a nicer job than what was there before. So far so good, my condo is cold! I can't wait to see how less my electric bill will be. :-)

I couldn't be any happier with this company! We acquired several other estimates before choosing a company to replace our unit. No only was the salesman professional but extremely knowledgable and listened to our needs/concerns without trying to sell us something we didn't need. The unit was in 2 days later.
