Aviod at all costs!!!!!!!! This place was nothing but a giant scam! Worst car buying experience ever! The salesman "Charles" was very smooth when avoiding giving me the price on the vehicle. Finaly he told me it was around $11,000. I told him i wanted my payments below $350 monthly. He talked to his manager and came back with a price. On paper it was $373. They do a great job at hiding the truths of the payment. I was in a tough place and needed a vehicle. They saw this and took advantage of me. I am now paying almost $600 monthly for a 2013 Jeep Patriot that has over 100k miles. Ive had this car

Have tried multiple times to get prices on a couple of vehicles I've seen online and on their lot. They will not tell me. I even emailed them. One location told me since it was an SUV I needed to contact the "truck" location for price even though it was on their lot. It's always shady when prices are not online, good prices are the first thing to draw me to a dealer.

Please please beware...... they will tell you what ever it is you want to hear they prey on people with badcredit or no credit and they have hidden fees. their interest is ridiculous and their vehicles will have you in the shop from the min you drive off. please do your research even if you have to pay more it is not worth buying here. their accounts managers are the worst very disrespectful and rude. my vehicle was totaled they gave the insurance a pay off larger than the amount they had reported to the credit bureau. many people may not believe it or just want to take their chances if you want

Nothing they advertise is true. There's a darn good reason that none of their cars have warranties. My car started acting shady less than 30 days in. 60+ days after my purchase, I've already had to replace the battery, and now I've got a car with an engine that won't hold oil.
And they referred me to their partner shop. They said I'll need to pay ANOTHER 100.00, and they'll pay $73. I'm trying to figure out wtheck I'm paying a $400 car note and have immediate necessary repair bills. Avoid this place at all costs.

On 9-14-13 I went to this location looking for a vehicle. I told the salesman that I was looking for something safe, reliable, dependable and cheap. I test drove a car and then was told that it was not in my price range. I seen several other vehicles that I liked but was told they werent in my price range. He kept pointing out an Eclipse. I told him that I didnt want it because it was too small. Was told that was the only thing they had for me. After hours of pushing this car down my throat, we went in and did paperwork. Auto Masters has a great selection of vehicles, and I was encouraged when they offered me Kelley Blue Book fair values on my trade. My sales person quoted me an outrageous figure for the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, approximately $5500 higher than the very top of it's Blue Book retail value. Of course, this was without tax, title and license. After over an hour of negotiation, they would not come down on their price, nor give me a reason why the vehicle in question was worth so much more than the KBB suggested retail price.
