They are very responsive and personable. They are very accommodating to the customer's preferences. They have a great 3yr warranty on vehicles they sell. They have onsite vehicle repair technicians. I definitely recommend them. I had my own financing and auto insurance, so I am unable to provide a review on that aspect of the auto sales operation.

I read the reviews of this place yesterday before visiting and the reviews were good but the negative made me a little nervous, but you know how people make a negative review if anything in the slightest displeases them instead of positive reviews. I honestly don't get the negative reviews about not caring and horrible customer service. Pierce was the nicest and most patient salesman. He sat me down and went through every option he could because my credit was bad and let me drive a bunch of cars and ask a million questions. The cars were nicer than half of the lots I had previously dealt with

Pierce was great! He worked with my budget and even helped me find reasonable insurance for my car! The lot had the same lot fees as the other lots in the area but customer service and quality of vehicles (being used) was way better here than all the places I visited before! I 10/10 recommend going here for a car if you are looking and make sure to ask for Pierce! He's literally the best!

Me and my partner were looking for another car because we had a child on the way and we found one sticker price was around 8 grand final Total was close to 17. Taxes and fees are not that much. We later find out that the window doesn't work. I called up the and asked if they would fix it they said they would. I decided to not go up there and I'll deal with it myself. I work on cars for a living and things like that are a easy fix. When I had the time to do it I started taking the door panel off after running some basic diagnostics and figured it was the actuator. Do not go here. This place is only after your money and does not care about your business. Imagine the crook car dealers you see in 80s and 90s movies and this is exactly what these people are. Plus their selection of cars is like they went to the wrong side of town and just picked out the worst looking vehicles. If I look outside in my drive way I'll see better quality vehicles.

Update: You're better off taking care of the registration and title yourself. They charge you $495 to do it as a "convenience," but then only do it in Rutherford county. So, if you live in a different county, you're going to end up having to fix it yourself. They don't tell you this when signing the paperwork, and it's a shady practice.

I was helped immediately by Alex and the process was so smooth, I drove here from 2hrs away in a rental from Hertz and I knew I liked the car from RadAuto and was happy to see a Hertz car rental place right across the street so I came in my rental and am leaving in my new GMC Terrain(Nice car selections by the way!) They even offer 3 year’s service for a buy here pay here option that’s awesome considering all locations tried to rip me off; Thank you again Alex!

In all honestly this place deserves 0 stars, but Pierce and his wife are lovely people, so I'll give them a 1. Recently, my boyfriend bought a car from this place and everything was fine as along as it was through Pierce. Eventually, he started coming into contact with the owner and he was very rude and unkind. He did not communicate effectively or efficiently. It was very important to have great customer service when I am spending money with a person, especially as much as buying a new car. I just don't understand why he had such a bad attitude every time. This is a small dad and son lot that seems to focus on late model daily driver compact and midsize sedans. We looked at several lots in Murfreesboro and Nashville, and I must say that these cars were in much better condition at fairer prices than the beat up, rode hard, smoked in cars out there on other lots. Some of the other places we looked at the cars wouldn't even crank. They are a carfax advantage dealer, so that might give you some perks other dealers don't. If you're looking for a small or midsize car like a Sentra, Altima, etc. they have some good ones.

I searched for cars I wanted that met three main criteria. I found one at this shop online. I reviewed everything and gave them a call at line 4:20pm. I got a call back from Alex at about 4:24. He left a voicemail, so I called back at 4:29.
I asked specifically about the car I wanted and how long they would be open. I even mentioned how far away I was. I was told the car was still available and he asked if I wanted to test drive it. I said yes.
I drive an 1.33 hours in Nashville traffic to hear the conversation of that car being sold that morning. MORNING. I then state that
