Filter Cleans are recommended for all D.E. filters every 6 months and cartridge filters every 3-6 months depending on your pool usage. It is imperative to observe the pressure gauge on the top of your filter. As the pressure gauge increases, flow rate decreases. Eventually the decreased flow rate will cause poor water quality.
They did a good job on some repairs last year so I thought I would call them back for some maintenance. They sent one of the guys from last time and I remembered him being pretty nice. The same was true on this visit and I like the consistent level of service. Worried about the increasing cost of electric?

I had them do my weekly pool service (used them for 6+ months) and in that time one of their guys cranked the lid down on the chlorinator to much or over filled it so it built up to much pressure (before or after the previous employee quite I dont know). When the next guy came and went to crank it off it wouldn't bunge. Another guy came out and it exploded on him. He stated it was over filled which in this case was one of the employees who did it. I agreed to pay for the replacement since the price was basically the same as online, but was not explained I would be 115 dollars in labor to install

Being a new first time / new pool owner we had a lot of questions regarding how to handle keeping everything in good working order with the big freeze we're about to get. Nicole (i hope I'm remembering that correctly) and Brian were so very helpful in answering all our questions and giving us good advice on what we need to do. I highly recommend!

I’ve bought chemicals and other pool equipments in the past, dealt with younger lady who was very pleasant and helpful. I’d go here over leslie’s hands down. 5 years later, Came back looking for a part as one of my airbnb pools needed a part replacement. This older lady with glasses was not pleasant and acted like I was bothering her. Hope shes not the owner because if she is — I’d suggest running a different business, it shows you’re not loving servicing people. Sorry to bother you, will do you a favor and won’t be coming back.

We have been using these guys (Austin location) for over a year now. My whole neighborhood actually signed up to use them too. Communication is awesome, Mr. Snow cares more about our pool than the builder does (we have had constant issues from shoddy construction from the company who built the pool). I have literally lost count at how many hours Brian has spent working on problems that weren't his fault in any way. Recommend him to everybody who has a pool!

Called to set an appointment for service. Provided my contact information and no call back. When I called to find out if they wanted my business the representative started to give excuses that they were really busy and I stated that you were too busy for a call back to schedule an appointment. Won't use a company that won't even provide a return call in a week.

I can't say enough about how much I loved this place (Wylie location). I have used them previously for filter cleanings, and they do a great job. But recently I needed my vacuum repaired. It was memorial day weekend and everyone in the area was booked up. And my pool was becoming a mess. They took my vac and got it fixed and returned the same day!!! They were backed up too, but they just made it happen. Also the store had really cute things to buy inside. It was my first time inside their store. They are SO friendly and want to make customers happy. I am a customer for life!

After a truly awful experience with a local pool company, Bryan and Year Round were referred by a friend. And we're so happy we were! Bryan was great with communication, sympathetic to us being ripped off by the last pool company, and was super helpful. Itd taken us over a month of dealing with the last guys and Bryan had us up and running within a couple days! The price was right too. I highly recommend these guys. They're honest, fast, and clean.

My pool has been turning yellow for three weeks. I assumed that the guys who are paid to clean and put chemicals in my pool would take care of it. When they did not, I called on Tuesday to make sure that was taken care of this week as my pool is cleaned later in the week. I was assured that it would be taken care of this week. It was not. I spent my one week of vacation unable to get in my pool because it’s now green. This company allowed my pool to turn green twice last summer. This time though I specifically called and asked for them to take care of the yellow algae. I was assured my file was

First off, this review is for year round in Cedar Park, TX. This location is operated by a relative of the company in Wylie.
Bryan and his wife are outstanding!! I had my pool renovated and they did the start up. They were there every day.
I had an issue when they were out of town. I sent them pictures and they were able to determine the problem was related to construction workers still working on the job site. All without coming to my house.
I have had a pool for more than 25 years and have always done my own maintenance. Yet, when they came out, they not only took care of my pool,

One year later and I have lowered the rating from 2 stars to one. The resurfacing looks terrible!! There are streaks and discoloration all over the pool. Around the tile is dark and looks like it is so old it needs to be replaced. It is the most disappointing experience and biggest waste of money I've had.

We are very thankful of Grant's knowledge and quickness with his repairs. He is very professional and a nice guy who does a great job. He has replaced our pool filter and had done miscellaneous work on our heater. We are always satisfied with his work!
The only problem is that everyone wants him at once. If we could only clone him everyone would be thrilled!
