Licensing Report

Swimming pool service technicians performing repairs requiring electrical connections must be licensed by the state of Texas. Repairs such as installing a new pump or replacing a motor, blower, relay, printed circuit board, etc. must be performed by a licensed professional. Swimming pool service technicians are required to have a Residential Appliance Installer license.

I've used Miracle Pool Service for over 15 years and have been extremely satisfied with both their people and their services. From the monthly pool cleanings to pump repairs and cartridge cleanings, I always receive the highest level of customer service and trust their work (and their recommendations) completely. We have used Miracle Pool for 3 or 4 years now. They always have been great. We call them in spring to come clean out the fall leaf mess and have always been on it and get our pool ready for summer. This year we had a huge mess. We cleaned out ourselves but no matter what we did nothing worked so decided it was time for new filtration system.
Called Miracle Pool to come out and give a quote on a new DE system
on Friday, they came out on Monday with a quote and said would be out on Monday the 11th to replace. Came home early yesterday Wed the 6th and he had system replaced and had it running and

I have been using Miracle Pool Service since 2007. I chose them because their rates were very reasonable and they store the chemicals. I don't have to worry about having the chemicals on-site. In the over 7 years they have serviced my pool, I have never had any issues. They have always been very professional and responded to any problems with the pool in a very timely manner.

I was having a problem with my pool pump and called miracle pool. The office staff was extremely friendly and although they had no openings for service went above and beyond to get someone to my house within a few hours. The repairman was quick and efficient and very knowledgeable. It's refreshing to see a company who cares about their customers, I have since decided to hire them for weekly cleanings and would highly recommend them .
