I don't even know where to begin...Joe and his team are AMAZING!!! My fiance and I were buying a new home in Northampton, PA -- we put an offer in and the seller accepted. Yippie!!! The home was completely renovated from top to bottom (including new drywall, studs, appliances, electrical, appliances etc.) as part of our "aggressive" offer we waived a home inspection since the home was recently inspected by the borough. After removing the furniture in my mother's basement, I noticed black mold on the paneling. On the recommendation of my realtor, I contacted Joe D'Agostino at Black Forest Mold.
