Absolutely horrible!! It all started off well enough. They came and looked at the water damage to my home, removed damaged flooring and carpeting, and dried out the plywood base for the flooring. After that it all went down hill quickly. I had an appointment scheduled for them to come out and do the repair estimate for the insurance company, but the day of my appointment they contacted me to tell me that they had to reschedule my appointment so they could send their guy out to look at homes that had just called in because of hurricane Ida. Not seeming to care at all that I had been waiting a week

This company was assigned from my insurance company to do the remediation work of removing the water damage from a pipe disconnection leak in my living room. They were very responsive and called me that night to set up an appointment for the next day. I spoke to Jeff I assume the technician that was going to come out and do the estimate and remediation work. I spoke to him that night and we set up an appointment for Friday at 3:00 I told him I would have to leave work early so I'm missing out on time at work and money to come home to meet him at 3:00 he originally wanted to meet me at 1:00

Tim was a savior for my family in a time where it felt like we had no one else to turn to. My daughter had been diagnosed with Leukemia and we were ensuring her safety. Tim was VERY professional and willing to spend time to talk with us. He ended up finding deadly mold that ultimately saved my daughters life by getting results very fast and before my daughter came home from the hospital!
He went out of his way at every turn to help us feel comfortable and help us fix the issue. His staff and field workers were just as polite and helpful to me and my family! I could not have asked for a better

The Servpro team did an amazing job cleaning a sewage leak in my basement. They came out immediately to get the sewage removed and spray disinfectant. They were great with communication and very knowledable about the next steps in the process of getting things back to normal. My basement looks better than it did before. My entire basement flooded from the hurricane a few weeks ago. The water was over the baseboards. About 5 inches deep. Everything ruined. This is my daughters bedroom. Everything had to be trashed , rugs ripped out and walls taken out and my daughter now had no bedroom. Dave and his crew made us a priority because of our situation and completed the water damage clean up and remodel all within 2 weeks time. they were amazing and rebuilt my daughters room back to new. I recommend them for any kind of work. Hopefully this never happens again but if I needed them again I will definitely call them.

After we had a fire in our home ServPro came in a did all the clean up and remodeling. My entire experience with them was absolutely fabulous. From the initial phone call, to all the cleanup, and the kitchen remodel, I couldn’t be happier with their service. Each time they were very concerned of keeping the bacteria away from my pregnant wife the first time and newborn daughter the second time. They were prompt, professional and very kind. 11 years after I was first introduced to ServPro's services because of a broken water heater (and subsequent flooding), I reached out to the Reading team again for another water heater flood. They were fantastic at responding quickly and getting their team into our house and getting the water out and mitigating further damage. I do find that they respond promptly to my calls and quite willing to explain the process and timing as needed. Thank you.

I was told it would take 3 to 4 weeks to perform my entire job from demo/mold remediation to repair. I was told the demo would easily be scheduled near the end of the following week but it ended up being 2 weeks later than originally planned which took several phone calls and emails to even have scheduled. After the demo, I was told it would be 5 weeks until the repairs would be done. That day came and no one showed or even gave me a notice. Once again, I had to track down ServPro to find out what is going on. The next week they sent out a contractor that I was under the impression would be beginning

The day after Christmas we had the ceiling collapse in our laundry room from a water leak in the upstairs bathroom. Servpro of Reading came the next day and cleaned up the damage and put in dryers and dehumidifiers then in a few days, came back and did the restoration. Kevin and Joe did an excellent job repairing the dry wall and floor tile, then painted both the bath and laundry rooms. Recommend Servpro of Reading the highest for any clean up and restoration work you may have!

Things started out a little bumpy with scheduling, but once the actual team came to repair our water mitigation done by another company, we found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The work done on our ceiling looks good, they took care of submitting to insurance seamlessly, and followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. All in all, this was a positive experience and I would call them again for issues, should the need arise.
