This is a delayed review, but important just the same!
My vehicle sustained quite a bit of damage from a hailstorm we had in the summer. I was advised by a friend to call Carisma. My friend had hail damaged repaired by this company and he was very satisfied with the results!
I contacted Carisma and the owner (Dave) came to my residence very timely, to assess the damages and write an estimate. My insurance appraiser had previously seen my vehicle and did the same. There was a difference in the amount of each estimate, which is very common, due to appraisers not having near enough expertise especially

Dennis was exceptionally friendly and honest. We had some dents, scratches and scuffs all repaired and cleaned up for a very reasonable price. No need to replace the quarter panel like other body shops recommended saving us hundreds and completing the work in less than a day. Can't even tell there was a large dent before. Would come back for any future work when needed.

I had my paint touched up and my driver's leather seat repaired winter 2012. When I picked up the truck I could totally see most of the touch ups, they missed a few spots, and what they did do was not much better than I could do myself. The seat repair looked good but didn't seem terribly strong and it did re-rip 2 years later. For the price I paid, I didn't get the expected results and would not recommend or return.

I'm about to sell my car and I want top dollar. But I've got a problem. Some old lady and a shopping cart dented my front quarter panel. It was long ago and it's just stared at me since then.
