I was apprehensive to buy from this company at first, not sure of the product especially at this time of Pandemic that buyers are limited to actually see the product.
The process to buy online with this company was a bit tedious although the ending was fine.
I purchased 2 accent chairs and I was amazed on how it looks in person... gorgeous!... and the chairs are just to die for!... exactly how I expected and more!

The order for 3 seat and 1 seat sofa was smooth for a great price. They are comfortable. Communication was constant and prompt. Items were delivered within 3 days and the delivery guys were funny and easy. The delivery came after the originally scheduled time, but they called me and delivery came as promised.

The worst company to deal with. My couch had one year warranty, but the (faux) leather started peeling after 8 months. I contacted them several times via phone, email etc. but they gave me the run around for several months saying things like "[t]he manager is not here or "[s]omeone will get back to me". Eventually, the one year mark reached and I was simply told that they can't do anything about it. AVOID them like a plague. Go with a better/reputable company where you can physically go and see what you are buying and can physically go and exchange/return.

My sister landed her dream job and needed to move. So of course she needed pretty much everything for her new place. She's my littlest sister, the baby really, so we all chipped in to get her the essentials. We needed to stay on budget and we wanted to get her the most that we could for our money. Comfyco had great prices and we could order online and get free delivery and assembly. It was perfect for her and for us. She got to be surprised by getting all new furniture and my family and I got to look great and we saved a bunch too.

Worse customer service ever! Extremely rude. I ordered an expensive bed set and asked the guy a question nicely if it was possible to deliver my order on a certain day because my mom is sick and in the hospital and he told me to order it somewhere else and started acting rude and saying mean stuff. I was stunned by that behavior and he hung up on me. Worse experience of my life!

I've never bought furniture online before, but my experience with ComfyCo was very much a positive one!
The price of the couch I bought was the best I could find, and ComfyCo offered free delivery/assembly to my area! The delivery/assembly process was seamless and the men who delivered my couch were polite, respectful, and efficient.

Great place for your next online furniture shopping. We got a kitchen set (table & 6 chairs), office desk and matching shelving unit, also some bar chairs. Everything arrived on time and exactly as on pictures/description. Prices are very affordable too. If you want a bit of a change in your overall ikea look - check them out next time. I needed to ask about the left/right orientation of a sectional which I had in my cart. Ready to order, I went on the live chat with a rep who could not figure out why after adding a LF sectional to my cart, the cart continued to add a RF sectional. I asked it they were possibly out of the LF, thinking that by default the system was adding a RF to my cart. She sent me a link for what she thought was the LF option. When I clicked on it, I was redirected to the RF option. I asked her to double check with someone at the company if they were out of the LF sectional. Instead, she told me that

Comfyco has turned me into a loyal customer, first the website had the cheapest price quoted with delivery and set up, second they kept me updated on the delay of my product due to the bad weather (kudos for that), then they delivered my product and set it up (delivery man was not the friendlies but to the defend I was on the phone when they walk in.) I just got the sleeper today so I can't say much. It looks and work as pictured. so, far I love the extra space the couch is not the most comfortable but it's very cute and I would buy it again it is for my son to sleep on when he comes

Delivery : They use their own delivery people -punctual - fast - no the friendly type but they come to work and leave asap. Every time I encountered a Russian crew. I had the delivery in three different states and
the routine is always the same. Come on time - assemble the furniture - do not take any packing so you are left with boxes, wrapping paper etc.
Quality : Beds are OK - Dressers OK - Couches

I ordered the Athens Storage Bed and it was a great value, as it included shipping and assembly. It said that they will email you 2 days before the proposed delivery date to confirm, which they did, and they will call you 30 minutes before they arrive, which they did.
