We first met Robin about 20 years ago. We went to GMI to find accessories for our condo. Robin was really great at suggesting things to pull our colors together & fill our home with great pieces. When we bought our new condo, we went to GMI because we loved the items they carried and always stood behind their products. We were pleasantly surprised that Robin was still there. We asked for her help in furnishing & decorating our new home. We could not be happier with her creative skills to customize our bedroom, living room, dining room and especially our built-in office. We have been dealing with GMI Designs the past two years remodeling rooms at my home. GMI has quality furniture and different pieces that we could not find anywhere else we looked. I have been working with Robin for over a year on our new home. She has been extremely helpful selecting and placing the new furniture and accessories for it. She always knows just the right things to choose. She truly listens to me and understands just what I want. She goes above and beyond. Robin is always there when I need her. It is truly wonderful to work with Robin. GMI has beautiful furniture and accessories. The staff at GMI is excellent! It’s great to shop at GMI.

It truly is a Pleasure dealing with Barry & Simone. They are as accommodating as possible and absolutely no pressure to buy nor are they pushy. If you don't see what you want or what you are looking at is not exactly what you want the Team will help you customize anything.

Gary - Really appreciate your service. The chairs look great. The fact that you offered to fix the chairs even after so many years we bought them, just indicate how much importance you give to customer satisfaction. I have never dealt with a company that makes the entire process, so hassle free for the customer , you were on time to pick up the chairs and deliver them back and you did what you promised. This is great.

Went to GMI Designs to furnish our new home. They have a magnificent selection of fine, top quality furnishings. What made this an absolutely wonderful experience was working with their designer, Bob Berry. Unlike many other designers who tell you what you must buy, he suggests, recommends and works with you according to your tastes. The best part was how he helped us to customize colors, finishes and fabrics to make the entire house come together. Its been an absolute pleasure as we continue to work with him on some final accessories. We could not possibly be happier with the outcome.

I have used GMI for several years. Even though they are located in East Brunswick, NJ, I selected them for unique and beautiful pieces for my NYC condo and my Miami Beach condo. That says a lot considering there are so many furniture stores near me that I could have chosen. Service and guidance were unsurpassed, and I just called them again today to help with the lobby in one of my condos. I highly recommend GMI.

Exceptional selection of quality home furnishings. Super helpful staff who let you browse and help when needed. The piece we bought was perfect and the delivery team was outstanding. So kind and courteous. Can’t wait to go back again!! This place is 5 star all the way!

We have been shopping to GMI for many years. The selection is great and the staff is so helpful. The furniture we have purchased over the years is timeless and has gone from one house to another. We keep re-purposing our GMI pieces in different rooms and love it just as much as when we bought it. Thanks to Gary, Sheryl and the rest of the GMI crew.

I don't like this store. The furniture is modern but not up to date...almost like 90's era. The furniture quality is very poor and dings show very easily. Also very pushy sales people and I think my sales person was the owner, who did not come across friendly at all! In fact, I would say the owner was actually sarcastic and mean. I would not recommend this store at all!

This store had very poor service. I had to look for a chair, so I came to this place in my work clothes which were torn jeans and a bright yellow shirt, because I had just gotten out of work. I guess they judged me and thought I had no money so they did not help me during my search nor did they welcome me. It was so quiet that you could hear a pin drop, the employees were helping no one. I then walked out after receiving no assistance from anyone.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Walked in at 5:05pm, they said they were closing but could walk around (even though the sign on the door said they close at 6). I let them know we would be quick, asked her to point out the one thing we were looking for, she didn't respond, turned her back to talk to a colleague. Asked my question again, still no response so we walked out. Not surprised the store was empty based on how they treat potential customers.
