At Superior Appliance Service, we take care to provide our customers with high quality services personalized for their unique product needs. We are available for your repair five days a week and saturdays, if work load is needed. Also same day service when possible. My 7 yr old refrigerator went out on Sunday. I first called 4 BIG companies that Fridgadaire recommened, but soon found out they had no sense of urgency what so ever. The soonest any of them could come out was a week later. my neighbor referred Superior Appliance to me I called and he was out that same day & he fixed my refrigerator. After telling him what was going on over the phone he took a chance and went ahead and picked up the part he thought I might need & as it turned out it was the problem so I didn't have to wait for any parts. I have been a long time customer of Wally at Superior Appliance Service. He has worked on nearly all of my appliances at one time or another, most recently on my hot water heater. He is always prompt at arriving, efficiently uses his time, and has always successfully repaired what he came to work on. He also explains everything that he has done so that you know the status of your appliance before he leaves.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants reliable, fairly priced,
courteous service in their home.

After twenty minutes of work the repair guy said he needed a part to fix the dryer...OK So he left, came back hours later and within ten minutes said he couldn't fix it and then proceeded to charge me $86 for thirty minutes of work... and left me with a three year old broken dryer. They say they have thirty years of experience but i didn't see it, how do you not know how to fix a three year old dryer? How do you justify $90 for thirty minutes of work.
