Services
Coldwell Banker Concierge hired us to sand the floors using our dustless sanding system in order to get the house on the market to sell. We sanded the entire first and second levels, including the stairs and landing. Luciano's Flooring was hired to install new wood flooring in the kitchen bi-weaving with the existing floor and sand the floors in the entire house using our dustless sanding system.

CHILDREN OF PEACE SCHOOL IN CHICAGO: Luciano's Flooring was hired by the Children of the Peace School in Chicago to refinish their gym floor. It was imperative that they have a dustless sanding system so there would be no mess in the school during the refinishing project. We sanded the sports floor using our high-end dustless sanding system, painted the court lines and applied finish.

We used Luciano a few years ago on our condo in Chicago. He did a great job so we decided to reach out again on our new house. He installed new Oak in 2 rooms after removing carpet and a sub floor layer which was not in the plan! Luciano and his team didn't complain once and just got it done even though it was a nightmare surprise we didn't anticipate. They got the new floor down and sanded the entire first floor. Almost 20 years ago this company refinished my dining room hardwood floor. They did a great job and the floor still looks wonderful. So they were my only choice for doing the rest of the house! They did NOT disappoint. Luciano went over and above what was expected. He got rid of the terrible old carpeting and within 2 days I had beautiful refinished floors. He also installed lovely white quarter rounds. Customer service is key to us senior citizens and his was great! He did what he promised. He even moved my heavy piano to another room and is coming back to help us get the couch back into the living

Love these guys!! We needed to have the entire first floor refinished. This was the ONLY company that could do the entire job and not have any thresholds!! They were professional and fun to work with. Luciano gave me a lot of stain choices and the final color compliments the original woodwork beautifully. The floors look amazing. Just a side note, they love cannoli !! Thank you guys!!

Simply amazing service. Very professional, clean and detailed. I recommend Luciano and his team to everyone who is looking for high quality work. He did our floors in 3 days and it included taking off a double layer of tiles ( a surprise!). The new floors look fantastic and he matched the color perfectly. He was using a dust free sanding machine and a good quality of staining, and we were able to still be at the house during the floor renovation project. We could not be happier about the final results.

Luciano's is amazing! I hired them to repair a portion of my hardwood floor from water damage, as well as, sand and refinish the entire 1st floor of my house. Great and prompt service. Luciano's team repaired all the damaged wood from years of damage created by animals. They did beautiful job sanding, staining the wood and working within a tight timeline for my clients. Added a section of stairs that blending perfectly with existing steps. Very professional, quite tidy and his dustless process left the home neat and clean.
