He's been mastering the trade through years of experience working for his grandfather and father in their oriental rug businesses. He started his own oriental rug retail store in Marblehead back in the early 1990's. For 25 years Ralph has mastered refinishing hardwood floors and specializes in repairs and replacement of your Antique wide pine.

Called them and a man said 'call tomorrow' I called same number, no one answered, called back again, and it was the owner's cell left a message I guess they are not reliable.

If I could give less than one star I would. We had our floors done and the entire job was botched. The owner always seemed disinterested and disengaged. Possibly the worst home renovation job I've ever had done in 30 years of homeownership. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Unfortunately our dog went number #1 and #2 on our rug, it was pretty disgusting. Khouri's came and picked up the rug ( Free Delivery ) and dropped off the rug two weeks later. The rug came out so clean, I refuse to walk on it. Its truly unbelievable . Customer service is A+. It took us under 1 minute to schedule a pick up on their website. We will absolutely be repeat customers.
