I got Haggis's number from Viking and I couldn't have asked for better service. Kenny got back to me within a few hours and we scheduled an appointment. He was prompt and kept within the 2 hour window he gave me. He took care of my problem (a refrigerator that was not working) within and hour! Kenny had the necessary replacement part in his truck! He was honest, took pride in his work and answered my calls and texts which showed he cared. Thank you Haggis!

We were very pleased with the professional service we received from Haggis. It is not easy to find a Miele repair company so we feel very lucky that we found Haggis. They arrived when promised to diagnose the problem. Although it took some time for the part to come in, I attribute this to Miele which seems to take their time sending out parts. The repair was made, the machine tested, everything was left neat, and we became happy customers of Haggis Appliance.

Kenny and Greg are amazing! Had a leak in my samsung French door fridge and after my warranty guys tried finding me a service provider to trek out to Southampton, these guys were the only ones to accept the task!
They were prompt to respond via phone and email and actually showed up in the 1st 20mins of the window time.
Took Greg all of 5mins to get the repair done as I had prepped the area.
Quick, clean and the best experience I've had with any appliance repair.
