They showed up on time and loaded everything carefully, also when we unloaded, they followed instructions politely and again were very careful with moving everything into it's new space. When one of the guys found a ring in one of the rooms that was lost, it was brought to me and returned. I highly recommend them.

The initial contact was with one of the owners and was a great start to a customer/business relationship. Moving day started with the movers showing up on time and ready to work. The load up was quick and they obviously were taking good care of our belongings. Delivery was just as well done. While it's nice these days to receive good service, these were the of the nicest guys as well. Pleasant experience and I can't recommend these guys for your moving needs enough.

We were well satisfied with A&L movers! From the first phone call to to my last contact with them they were all very professional and polite. He sent 2 truck and 5 guys to our home to pack and move our things into storage and it was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend these guys!

I live south of Lake Charles, LA about 20 miles from the Gulf. After a hard hit from Hurricane Laura in August of 2020, local movers needed to get salvageable furniture from severely damaged homes were soon booked up. My daughter-in-law called A & L Movers. I used this company several months ago. If I can help it, I don't plan to use them ever again. The manager came by and took pictures of everything that had to be moved. He quoted me an estimate. Fine. However when moving day arrives, it took 2 days to move everything. Therefore I was overcharged. The workers were very kind and accommodating. However, they were very unorganized. They had to stop and go to Lafayette and get more supplies. More than one trip was made to get supplies. Management great. However, the two movers they sent were hands down the slowest movers I've ever seen. It got to the point where I was moving a good deal of my stuff on my own so that the job didn't run over three hours for a small two bedroom apartment with an elevator.
