If you care about your pool I suggest contacting a different company. They're not worth the hassle. Plenty of other quality pool service choices out there. They don't even try to get the water chemistry right. All in all, just another crack pot mom and pop operation that would rather drop you as a customer instead of making things right.
RE Response from Cody Pool (11/3). Nice try to save face. It's hard to believe a service log showing a pH of 7.8 for seven straight months, especially when the test was done before any chemicals were added. We know because we were paying attention and watching

I strongly disagree with Dennis Butters. I have been a customer of Cody's Pool Service for more than 12 years and could not be happier. Pool sparkles all year round. Whenever I have a question, seek advise, or require additional service, for example after a party, Ron personally or one of his staff show up or respond promptly to resolve my concerns.
I have always recommended Cody's Pool Service and I will continue to do so.

We have used Ron Cody's Pool Service for years and have always been happy. If we have any questions, the owner gets back to us immediately and will drive out to personally check on our pool. We absolutely adore our technician. My boys and my dogs all run out to greet him every week. He is always kind, respectful, and helpful.
