Celebrating 20 years in service! Dennett Pool Service was formed in early 2000 here in Roseville, when Jeff and Craig Dennett merged their local swimming pool service companies. Building a great reputation in the community. Later in 2012 Robert Merenda, who was an employee and close childhood friend, became a partner in our company.
Together, our team has made Dennett Pool Service what it is today, a reputable pool service company with professional customer service at the core of how we operate. Each partner brings with them their own experience and expertise. Jeff oversees the day to day service operations and manages new pool start-ups.
Craig manages the repair department and designs equipment layouts for new and existing pools. Robert specializes in automation, electronics as well as heater repair and replacement. Together our team operates one of the largest swimming pool service companies in Placer County.

We've been using Dennett pool service for a couple years now. It doesn't matter when I send an email, I get a prompt response. They were always clear and concise in the recommendations. Keith is great! We recently moved into the area and had t had a pool on over 10 years. Keith made/makes it very easy for us to enjoy a sparkly pool without having to maintain the water and equipment ourselves. We made an appointment on May 7, 2021 for Orientation on Our Pool Equipment for today May 25, 2021 and they flaked out in us and they stated they were too busy! How Unprofessional when they were contracted with Our landscaper to maintain our Brand New Swimming Pool for 30 days then to orient us on the pool equipment as well as assist us in setting up our wireless pool equipment.

I was so happy with the quick response and service from Dennett Pool. I had a different company that was supposed to install a salt generator and they just plain didn't show up. When I called Dennett Pool and explained they got right on it. In less than a week we were good to go. Thank you again for the reliable service 1

We've given ample amount of notices and time for this company to do the right thing, so here we are. Bought three variable speed (rebuilt) OVERPRICED pumps from Dennett Pools, a remote panel and electric valves. Pumps had issues shortly after installed. We were told by other pool professionals that the overall installation was done incorrectly, (they glued fittings instead of using unions) where they can't be removed for repair or adjustment. We've left messages for the last three months with the owner,Craig Dennett and his office for assistance, NO RETURN CALLS OR TEXTS, no attempts

Here's what being a "valued client" for 4 years gets you: Their service tech was out at my place and inadvertently left before reconnecting a pipe. He also shut the breaker off to all of my equipment. When I got home on Saturday a good chunk of my backyard was flooded and water was gushing out of the pipe that was left unconnected. I texted the owner and was almost instantly scolded for leaving him "a weekend text". No apology for the catastrophe, no offer of help, no mention whatsoever of the situation at hand. Only a verbal spanking for my text. As a business owner myself

Hired them to care for my showpiece of my property. Several times during their service my pool turned green. I called after the first time to voice my concerns and Craig said his guy was afraid of our dog. I said she is harmless and from now on dog would be locked up on deck. Three or four more times it turned green I had enough. They also billed me each month even though the worker didn't service the pool. Each time I had to month I had to clean it myself.
I fired them yet still was getting a bill around $400. I told them no way I had to clean it and buy chemicals etc.

I rarely write reviews but Dennett Pools has such exceptional service I had to share my experience. Robert has now worked on my pool equipment twice, first to replace a salt cell then to replace valves and misc issues ive had. I was blown away by the attention to detail and the extra efforts taken to have my equipment run more efficiently. To top it all off he painted all of my plumbing so it would all match, small things like this show me that they truly care about their customers.

Dennett Pools has been servicing my pool for the 9 years I have lived in this home in Loomis. Our pool is challenging as we have two very large heritage oaks, that drop pollen, flowers, and leaves. We are on 10 acres with lots of other trees and grasses that contribute dust and pollen into the pool. After the most recent rainy season our pool was flooded with dirty water from our pastures. It took some time but the guys at Dennett got it back to crystal clear.
