Scheduling took a while (almost 2 months!) due to backlog and rainy weather but the wait was worth it.

Several years ago, Tiki Huts constructed a tiki hut at our rental home in Marathon, FL. The hut withstood hurricane Irma & we wanted to have another one built at our 2nd rental home in Marathon. Since the home was booked with renters, we only had a small window for them to install the hut. We had a few hiccups with the sales representative regarding receiving the permit timely; however, Tiki Huts stood by their word & made it happen. Johnathan and the construction crew were amazing. Terrible customer treatment. We called the company's main line and we were given the number of one of their contractors and that we could deal with him directly. The contractor came out and gave us a quote on the job and we signed the company's official contract that comes with their warranty. The contractor called us to redo the tiki 2 days earlier than the date that we scheduled to have the tiki re-thatched. He showed up with workers and they re-thatched the tiki. The contractor was given a check made out to the company, Tiki Huts. We received a call a week later from the company stating that
