We went to a few places to get counter tops and drove past the countertop center. We got estimates with other place came back and spoke with Martha. She was great helping us with countertop and gave an awesome price. She referred Tony to install and he did great job. Overall, the experience was excellent highly recommend them to anyone that needs countertops, good price and excellent customer service.

The Countertop Center was nice enough to provide us with their contact for an undercounter sink replacement. Although the problem was not theirs, their help allowed me to finally put the problem to rest. Thank you to the receptionist and especially to Anthony who did such an excellent and efficient job. Needed new counter tops and went here and glad we did. Martha and Gary were great and explained things we didn't know to ask about the counter top material we had wanted. We needed a follow up visit and Gary was at the house in a very timely manner. Roy, an independent contractor, did a fantastic job installing the counter tops. You can see counters being made at facility which I thought was interesting.

The Boss over here sorry not sure of his name. I just want to say if I could give these guys 20 stars I would! We demolished our kitchen with zero knowledge of anything and obviously on a budget. Took our countertops in for a cut and I just want to say how HAPPY and relieved how they turned out and a perfect fit. Excellent customer service, I was explained all the details needed to replace the custom counter tops with new one. Since I will be installing them myself they also explained to me the details that will need little modifications to install the new ones. Great place and people, I look forward to working with them in the future. Also the prices are very good. Way better service than Home depot.

After shopping around for our kitchen counter tops we ran into a craigs listing for table tops . Located on 29th drive in Phoenix we walked in and met with Martha. She greeted us and asked how she could help us. Martha was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional and made sure she answered all of our questions. She impressed us when she covered the costs between all the different products and made sure to tell us about commercial and domestic uses. Working with the Countertop Center was nothing but a positive experience. I wasn't sure about the color I had initially wanted so I stopped by their showroom to look at other options. Martha was friendly and helpful as I considered other choices. When I made my selection she was quick to write up the order and process a 50% payment. I was in and out in 15 minutes which I appreciated. Countertops came in early by a few days and we scheduled installation. The morning of, the installers called me to tell me they were on their way. Recently had new counter tops installed by Lejon and his team and I could not be happier. They turned out beautifully and the whole process was easy and on time. Very happy with The Countertop Center. My new counter tops were installed today and they are beautiful. I am selling my home and needed to update my kitchen. I didn't want the expense of granite, so chose Formica's FX180 - simulates granite at a fraction of the cost. I was nervous how this would turn out, but the end result was stunning. While compiling estimates from Home Depot and Lowes, I came across the The Countertop Center. Very happy I did! I was just going to do one bathroom and found their prices afforded me to have them provide countertops for two bathrooms, a large kitchen sink counter and an breakfast bar/island - at a fraction of the cost from the two large retailers. On top of that, their customer service was personable and so much better than the others. Made me feel like I was important and family. I can't comment on the quality of their service because I can't get anyone to respond to my request for a quote, unfortunately. I sent a request around 2 weeks ago, to which I received a response requesting a copy of the drawings for our kitchen. I sent them the next day and after a week of no response, I sent a follow up email. It's now been 3 days since the follow up email and I still haven't received a response. I'm surprised, and disappointed, since their reviews were so great.

We went through The Countertop Center after getting quotes from multiple places. They had a selection we really liked and their estimate was less than any other place but included install and old counter removal where the other bids we got did not. They were also able to install in less than a week. We were on a deadline because my husband had to go back to work and they were able to meet our deadline. Not only did they meet it but they were friendly about it and very happy to accommodate.

I am updating my review because after a few days Gary did call me back and explain the situation. Apparently the contractor that I was dealing with wasn't his employee but a contract employee that was doing a side job. Gary, nor the Countertop Center can be held responsible for this unprofessional behavior. However it is true that it took over a week for anyone from the Countertop center to return my phone calls, after repeated messages. Gary says that the people who actually use them leave the good reviews and the people who don't leave the bad ones. That might suggest treating your

Frustrated with the responsiveness of another countertop provider, I tried the countertop center. I sent them a detailed drawing created by a professional architect. It was a small job for a laminate desktop with a couple of holes, less than $500. They couldn't even turn around a quote in two weeks. Typical contractor, nothing special here. Save time and just go to ikea like I ended up doing.

I read the reviews and thought that they must have been fake since they were all so good. Well, I can honestly tell everyone The Countertop Center is the best!!! Gary came out and measured, Mike and Anthony did the install. It was perfect. I just can't put into words the difference it made in our kitchen. Get a quote from this company and you'll throw rocks at the big box stores. Price and quality can't be beat!!! Don't know how you do it Gary, but THANKS!!!

In any small issue, they will not be at the same good attitude as they were before selling the product. (You can also observe this from their replies to bad comments)

As a first time homebuyer, I was more than in over my head when I began shopping around for new countertops. The big box home improvement stores quoted me over $1300 for laminate countertops. I found a craigslist ad for the countertop store and never looked back.

My wife and I bought a new front-loading washer and dryer set for our very small laundry room. I wanted to maximize the space on top by putting a countertop across it.
I measured and fortunately the width needed was the exact same size as The Countertop Center's stock countertops.

Gary was phenomenal to work with from the inception of the project. He sat down with me and explained everything I needed to know about the products and the prices. I appreciated his honesty and he even talked me out of a more expensive option which was a first for me.
The job was done cleanly and fast. The kitchen was left clean with no signs of work after they were done. Oh I forgot to mention that the pricing was 25% cheaper than Home Depot's quote with an upgraded edge included.

I got a quote from Gary,
The price seemed reasonable so my wife and I decided to move forward with the project.
I just head back from Gary ,
Turns out there's a 335$ difference between the original quote and the price we will now have to pay.
I find this very unprofessional,
Once you give a quote you stick with it.
I know this first hand as a contractor.
I would accept a 100-200$ difference but not 335$!!
