After speaking with multiple companies, Desert Mountain was the perfect choice for us. They listened to what we wanted and then they made it reality. They were professional, they provided plenty of top quality options, and they were transparent with time frames and always kept us up to speed with what was going on. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.
In short:
- Terrible communication
- Incorrect measurements
- Bad installation
- Not done right the first time
They came out, measured my kitchen and was told I'd have a quote soon. A few days passed and after reaching out I got a quote. Then was given an excuse about having to determine if the material is available. Where the supplier told me they had plenty... I finally get the quote, it's good and I accepted the quote and paid my 70% and set up a date to complete the wood template on a Monday morning. After they left I was told they

I can't say enough about Dave and his crew. My husband and I were planning a small renovation that did not include new countertops but once we started we realized that new counters were a must! We had used DM Countertops in a previous home so naturally I called them up again to see if they could help. Dave was quick to come out 2 days later for an estimate. He was able to get us in the books quicker than anticipated which was so appreciated! The day of, his crew showed up on time and quickly got down to business. Desert Mountain just completed repainting the entire cabinets in my home. Working with David and Jamie was truly a great experience. They always showed up on time and kept to their quoted schedule. I was absolutely greatful to find David Nguyen from Desert mountain countertop. We had trouble with other fabricators . No one like to go out far to Florence. David gave us a great service with his quick respond, reliable , reasonable prices. His team came out very quick to finish the job in the next 2 business days. They did an excellent job. I was very happy and please to work with David . I would recommended to anyone wants a good service and reliable company .

On the remodel of our Scottsdale home, our contractor utilized Desert Mountain Countertops as a subcontractor. The selection of available materials and color options was outstanding. The installation was on time, on budget and first rate.
On a recent trip down, we discovered what appeared to be a crack in our quartz countertop. David the owner, came over on a SUNDAY to inspect the top. That sort of response and service is unheard of from most companies.
It turned out it wasn't a crack just a buildup from a spill under the espresso machine. A little Bar Keepers Friend and the top was like

We had a number of companies provide quotes for new counter tops. David came out to provide a quote and was easy to work with. After he left I had a number of questions and he was very responsive. When installation time came around the installers were great, but we ran into a problem. The length of the granite was off and did not fit. I spoke with David and he was able to get another slab, get it fabricated, and installed the very next day. I was waiting for something else to happen, but David being so responsive and getting the problem resolved so quickly really solidified my confidence in
