Jonis Chavis, Owner/Technician, has worked all aspects of the HVAC industry for his father's company for 10 years before deciding it was time to start his own company.
He graduated from Minnesota State Southeast Technical College in 2005 and has since then also become gas tight certified, NATE Certified (North American Technician Excellence) with an emphasis on Air-to-Air Heat Pump and is a certified installer for Triangle Tube boilers.

We repair and tune-up all HVAC brands and provide 24-hour emergency service. To keep your furnace, boiler, heat pump or gas fire place running smoothly and efficiently, make sure to schedule your yearly tune-up in the fall or early winter, or sign up for our Proactive Maintenance Agreement and we'll schedule it for you!
There are multiple products that we provide and install that will improve your indoor air quality. These include: Air Cleaners, Air Exchangers, Air Filters, Humidifiers and UV Lights. Air Cleaners are high efficiency filter systems that eliminate odor, destroy bacteria & viruses and reduces pollen, dust & pet dander.
Do you need a new thermostat? Maybe you want to upgrade to a new Wi-Fi enabled thermostat? We can provide and install a programmable or non-programmable thermostat that comes with a 5 year warranty. We are not limited to just heating and cooling systems! We also service and install water conditioning systems including water heaters, water softeners and iron filters.
