Called many times. Different days, different times of the day. No one ever answers the phone. Is this place still in business? Does anyone work here? I guess they don't want to sell anything. Wow!! Really poor service. Can't imagine if I bought thousands of dollars worth of their products and no support afterwards.

Just received our two deep lounger chairs! Original lead time was 11 weeks - ok but was further delayed another 4 weeks!
My main frustration was the packaging condition as received and there is absolutely no internal protection! Luckily, there was no damage to the chairs with the exception of dirt, plastic wrap on one chair was torn off and some black scuffs which I need to remove! Ledge Loungers is supposed to be the Brand!!! Need to work on there total quality including packaging and logistics! Also, the box was upside down on the pallet!

So THIS is where all the modern apartment pools are getting their pool & patio furniture!!!
Utilitarian and organic design elements are blended and molded into sturdy plastic furniture pieces that are meant not only to survive the wet wear and tear - they are meant to thrive in it!
For example, pieces can be placed in the beach areas of pools for the cool experience of relaxing in a recliner position whilst half submerged. Some chairs can even double as slides for children!
Fun and practicality never looked so good on a hot summer day! Super excited to see more and more of this type of patio

Just like so many of the other reviews on here and on social, placed an order and PAID UPFRONT 81 days ago (June 5.) Told our chairs would be delivered in 7-8 weeks. Called and left VM and VM at the 8 week mark with no call backs. Finally got someone on messenger to respond and say they had "production" delays and it would be another 3 weeks. Last week they finally said they would be ready on Aug 20 but then today we get a message saying they are not ready yet (5 days later) and will let us know when they are. Shady business practice to charge customers upfront for items they can't produce. STAY

I placed an order at the beginning of June. I still haven’t received it and can’t get any information on when it will be shipped. Of course, I paid for it upfront. I am very disappointed with Ledge Lounger. I thought the company was a reputable one.

I give this place 2 stars and not 1 because I don't want to take credit from Emily and Liz also Jose. If you want your dignity then stay away from this place because there are some people working here that they feel like they can talk to you any kind of way, they think they own the organization because they were the first employees.
The second thing is that the warehouse is no AC and it's very hot even though they claimed that they are installing the AC during my interview.
The third thing is the lack of diversity at all levels.
The story of this organization is very inspiring and I wish luck

Ordered over 3 months (AND PAID) and couldn’t get a returned phone call or answer via email for way too long. When we do get an answer it’s “approximate ETA of a few more weeks” …? Years of working in customer service and I’ve never heard of someone paying so much and being basically ignored. Maybe I’ll get my order by the fall season? Better off going with a different company, save yourself the frustration!
