Norm started the business with his Father in 1977 and delivered Carpet Cleaning to the community for 30 years. Since 2015, Norms Carpet Cleaning has been the only company I trust to clean my carpet. He hires good, quality people. I cannot stress that enough. Norms' employees are polite and considerate, dress appropriately (pants are not hanging down to their knees), and treat my furniture and things respectfully. They genuinely care and take pride in their work, as if they owned the business. They do an excellent job, and my carpets always look great. I clean them annually to keep them in tip-top shape.
