If we could give Nick 10 stars I would. He is by far the best I have had in any service related industry on the island in over 30 years. He is unbelievably response, gets the job done quickly and is always very helpful. We just built a new home on South Forest Beach area and we have had nothing but issues with new locks. We mistakenly tried another on the island prior and you can imagine the excuses we heard. Nick is a no nonsense reliable locksmith you can count on to do the job the right way the first time.

Nick was awesome. My garage door broke and of course I did not have my house key and was locked out of my house at 7:30om on a Friday night. Nick was at my house within 30 min. and had my door unlocked in less than 5 min. He was extremely professional and I could not have asked for better service. Was so thankful for his assistance and would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend or use him again should the need arise.

We had just moved and our deadbolt gave up the ghost on a Sunday night on a holiday weekend, with the key stuck inside! Other locksmiths that advertised 24 hr. actually weren’t! SML answered the phone, Nick came out, arrived exactly when he said he would and took care of us. He replaced the deadbolt, repaired and rekeyed the garage deadbolt and cautioned us against using the knob, which is also getting ready to go. We told him we will definitely have him back to rekey the other locks and put new hardware on the door. They were polite, professional, efficient and very reasonable for an emergency
