Absolutely the best, quick easy and the best employees. They are really the only ones to use. I had a small job to do at my home. Bo one wanted to touch it because it was small. Winder glas told me no problem sent the measurement and done with in tbree days. I will use them and high ly recommend them.

We tried for nearly a year for a competitor to return our calls after measuring our windows and ordering replacements. We gave up and called Winder Glass. Winder Glass immediately arrived to measure our windows and the glass arrived within a couple weeks. They installed the window pane replacements quickly after they arrived.

We have used Winder Glass for two separate jobs to replace failed double pane windows. I highly recommend this company. The office staff were helpful and provided accurate initial quotes and were responsive to questions and follow up conversations. The installment pros were great. Very courteous, quick and clearly a professional install job. I only regret that I did not know about them sooner.

I called them for an estimate on Feb 3rd. Came out and looked at wrong window. Had to go back to look a second time to write me an estimate. Today is March 10th and they still havent quoted me a price! When I call ot text they say they are "waiting on information from their supplier". I asked for an estimate on repairing and/or replacing just 1 window! Absolutely ridiculous!! I'm telling everyone not to call them. If this is how they run a business, can you imagine what kinda work they do?!

I called and set up for an install quote, they arrived on time and measured for four projects. This is where is all went downhill.
Two of the projects are BASIC (framed shower doors and a glass replacement in a French door), the other two are complex.
I was told they would have a quote in a few days. After a week I contacted them, then took another two weeks for them to finally say they can't do any of the projects ... even the simple ones.
Stay Away!!!
