What is moving labor help? Quite simply you rent the Penske, Budget or U-haul truck and our professional Military Veterans Movers can help you load and unload it. We also load and unload PODS and U-Pack trailers. This is a nationwide service in that we have Veterans across the country, in every state and most medium to large cities on call.
Our Norfolk Movers are experts in the loading and unloading of rental trucks. We are very experienced with U-Haul, Penske, and Budget trucks. We have developed a comprehensive guide to the pros and cons of the rental truck companies. Our Norfolk Movers also have expertise in the loading and unloading of ABF U-Pack trailers and PODS containers.

This place is a step above other moving companies by far. I needed a "just the furniture" move across town, and everyone exceeded my expectations and even my best case scenario hopes.
It's taken me a few weeks to get settled in at my new place, but I wanted to sit down and take the time to give Greg and his people a solid, detailed review because they deserve every bit of it.

The two movers were very nice and friendly. Both worked hard. The issue is the movers were set up for failure; wrong truck size and the back of the truck was a mess (which they decided to clean on my time). I paid for 2 movers and a 26' truck and they showed up with a 16' truck. When paying per hour the difference in truck size will result in multiple trips or leaving items behind and moving it yourself. In my case it resulted in fitting as much into a 16' truck as possible, leaving items behind because I wasn't paying for additional drive time because they decided to not bring the truck which

The guys were 3 and half hours late. And didn't bring any tools to break down furniture except for 1 screwdriver. They were good workers once they got there. Nothing was damaged. But they did scratch up my floors carrying out a washing machine because they did not bring a dolly.
Because they were late we ended up getting rained on while unloading the truck at our new house. They also just unloaded the truck and left. They did not put anything back together. Not the best experience.

They were AWESOME! They were on time, very professional, and respectful. They packed and unpacked EVERYTHING in the trucks very fast. It was a honor to have men who have served still serving in the local communities. Highly recommended, and will use them again for future references!!! :)

I have moved over seven times and use almost every moving company, I have never had such a wonderful easy experience. Easy to schedule, accommodating to my needs, and punctual.
Everyone from the company who I have talked to or who has come to our house has been professional, easy to work with, respectful, and competent.
We will definitely use this company again from anything to moving items within our own house or to moving items into or out of our home.

Greg Sledge (owner) charged $175 and only brought blankets and brown tape, newspaper, or foam wrap for glassware. claimed I was getting a deal w/ a 4 man crew for the price of 3. He required a 3hr min which I had no problem with as I was still packing by myself. I needed the manpower with my m full size front loaders, 36-inch side-by-side, and 5-foot deep freezer. I also had a 72in.queen-sized quilted headboard, an 18 inch thick therapeutic mattress and box spring. 2 50in televisions and an all electric microsuede 3pc sectional. I packed all my clothes, shoes, and coats in 4 grand wardrobe boxes

" I was in need of a Hampton Moving Company to assist my elderly Aunt with moving her apartment from a retirement community to a storage unit. I was concerned because my Aunt can be a little difficult. So I googled and found Hampton, Virginia military veteran movers.
