Owner Brian Boehnen has been in the field of natural stone and quartz fabrication, design, and installation for more than 21 years. Brian opened Midwest Rock Tops in 2010 to give Southern Wisconsin residents an opportunity to bring the lasting elegance of granite, marble, and quartz into their homes - at affordable prices and from an experienced team that's focused on customer service.
We're not a company that will whirl in, install, and take off, leaving you confused with the process, the stone, and the price. Our experience at Midwest Rocktops was top notch! We dealt mainly with Michele, but Tammy helped also. Michele was very very prompt at returning emails and super helpful answering questions.
We were originally looking for pricing on 75(+/-) sq ft of Carrara Morro Quartz. Pricing was slightly higher than what our budget allowed. Michele & Tammy both started pulling options that were very similar to the Carrara Morro. We had 4-5 options to choose from and settled/signed a contract in July on an Evian Quartz, for an expected install in Oct/Nov. About a month later (August-ish), we received an email

This was a great experience! Tammy was our sales manager and was very communicative and honest about the process. We went through several different companies until we found Midwest Rock Tops. Brian showed up as scheduled to template and the work was very professional. Tammy made us feel like we were important and not just another sale. I highly recommend this company!

I would not recommend Midwest rock tops. I worked with this company on three projects. With each project they under delivered their services. They showed up late causing me to be behind on my deadlines. There was damage to the countertops they installed which they did not fix. There was damage to the countertops they installed with they did not fix. They said they would offer me a discount which they refused to follow through with. I had to reach out to this company numerous times without any return in communication. Midwest rock tops was unprofessional with poor management and lacked quality services

I signed the contract and put half down June 11th. They said they would reach out when ready to template. Months went by and I reached out and they responded that they thought my order was already done.
It is Sept 20th and I am still waiting for a reply to an email about when the remaining backsplash will be installed. I was told they would come last week Friday, I ask what time, and I had no reply and no one came. Two weeks before, after canceling 3 times, they came to install the counters… they started tearing out counters and had to stop midway because they realized they did not have the

In July 2020 I started working with Midwest Rock Tops to purchase granite countertops. I purchased a beautiful slab in early August 2020 after working with a great saleswoman. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.
On Sept. 5th my counters and sink were taken out, per request of Midwest, by an independent contractor and the week of Sept. 6th 2020 a template was made of what was needed by Midwest. With the slab picked out and the measuring done, and down payment made I was excited to get the new tops. I knew I had to wait due to the backlog at Midwest but that was okay. The week of Oct. 11th was
