We are extremely happy with the quartz counter tops that George and his team installed in our kitchen. From initial discussion to measurements and final installation, George exhibited excellent customer service and a high quality of craftsmanship that we have not encountered in other contractors we've hired. Many details in the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. For example, the front trim piece on the wood side panels on our fridge projects out further than the rest of the panel surface. When building the panels, I assumed I would have to fill this gap with wood after the counters

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience or price getting new quartz countertops installed in our kitchen. George was in constant communication with us every step of the way. Very professional! Always on time, always friendly. He and his partner had our old countertops removed and new ones installed in less time than expected! JD Touch Countertops was great. George came out and gave us a quick estimate for a huge kitchen countertop job. He was able to get us what we want for color and material. He was able to assist with getting us a new sink that looks great. During the whole process he kept us informed. He ordered the materials and was able to get everything installed quickly. It took him two day’s and it was done. Like I said huge kitchen and a lot of custom counter top angles. I would highly recommend George and JD Touch Countertops. You want quality, you get that with them.

Our request was a bit unconventional; we had all the granite in a handful of pieces already and needed help cutting, joining and polishing edges. We wanted to have this done at our home because we had limited pieces, they fit our counter space only one way (sides weren't same length/depth), and were afraid if done in a shop there would be a high chance for a mis-cut, and we'd be SOL.

Every home improvement project should go this well! I had been planning a kitchen remodel for nearly 6 months & shopped around for EVERYTHING. If you're looking for granite countertops, look no further!
George & I communicated via email for months as I coordinated the other elements of my kitchen. He educated me on the process & was very patient as I planned the project. When it came time to start, George scheduled my kitchen for measuring the very next day & my countertop was installed 2 weeks later & in under 2 hours!

Chicago Granite Company was recommended to me a few years back by the contractor who was remodeling my house. Of course I called other companies to give me estimates as well. In the end I chose to go with Chicago Granite Company not only because they gave me the best price on New Venetian Gold kitchen counter top but I also liked how professional they were. The job they did was absolutely amazing! They met my expectations 100% and helped me to get my dream kitchen. 3 years later the counter top still looks brand new.

My wife and I decided to venture down the path of building our own kitchen cabinets, because we thought it would be fun interesting and exciting. It is all of that and more however when it came time to install granite tops we ran into a new beast that we were not prepared for.
We were very fortunate to find these guys at Chicago Granite Company and what a pleasure to work with, I wish all contracting firms are so pedantic, courteous and literally held our hands every step of the way.
