From my first meeting with Alex, I noticed that he took the time to understand my needs and carefully explain the different options. He was very honest about pricing, lead times for equipment, and what I could expect with the HVAC system I had decided on. My backyard has an interesting layout, so we put the condenser in a non-standard location. This required another contractor to dig a trench and install a concrete pad.
