Duge Construction
Our family has been serving the people of Greenwich since our founder, John L. Duge came to Greenwich in 1900. His first project in town was "Northway", the copy of the Petit Trianon on the East side of North Street just above North Street School. After Northway, he went on to build the original 40 buildings on Conyers Farm, including the original Manor House.

We also built many of the other "Great Estates of Greenwich" including the Rockefeller Estate, the Simmons Estate, the Beinecke Estate, Horse Island and many others. We have built many streets and subdivisions in Town including Evergreen Rd., Indian Chase Dr, Mead Point, Milbrook, St. Claire Ave., Glen Court, and others.

We have also built and remodeled numerous custom homes for many delighted clients all over town over the years. In addition to our residential work we can also handle commercial projects. We have also done Municipal Construction including the original Incinerator building at the Transfer Station, Montgomery Pinetum buildings, and smaller buildings in Bruce Park.
Services
Many of our customers choose us because we are a local family owned and operated company and we strive to exceed our clients expectations with our attention to detail and professionalism. For most of us our home is our most valuable and important asset, and we recognize that the construction, expansion, renovation, and maintenance of your home deserves a team of dedicated and passionate professionals.
