Contacted the business to purchase an outdoor furniture sitting area with money in hand and ready to buy immediately. The businesses response was that they couldn't meet until a few days from now, which was fine, however, the time did not work for us. They suggested no options, just the response: "Well that is to bad".
We just ended up spending our money with a competitor in Rockville. Too bad, I like to do business with local business and support the local economy.

Follow up to previous review.
Delivery crew did a great job of carrying two heavy pieces of the table through the house to the deck. Not a wall or door was touched on the way through. They re-assembled the table and setup the propane fire pit so we could verify it worked correctly. They were very courteous and professional. Our overall experience was excellent, and we plan to return when we are ready to furnish our new front porch.

Left us space, once we needed help with anything they did everything to assist. Best part to me was that the gentlemen who helped us seemed genuinely happy that we liked their selection and wanted us to be happy walking out of there. Helped us mix a different table with the half set we wanted to buy. Will definitely go again if we need more outdoor furniture.

My husband and I have been looking for two swivel chairs and a small table for our new house deck. We looked everywhere. My husband suggested the we go look at Dunnrite. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and we explained to the man what we wanted. He worked with us and we found exactly what we wanted! The cost was reasonable compared to all the other places we looked. After the set was delivered, we had a little issue with the swivel on the one chair. They got a new chair and switched it out. Love it. I'd go there again and would DEFINITELY recommend Dunnrite to anyone after our experience

I purchased a set of 4 deck chairs and table with umbrella from Dunnite nearly 20 years ago and weather and use had finally taken their toll. I returned to them and after purchasing the new pole for the umbrella and the new base for the table that I thought would fit, it turned out they did not. The staff did not bat an eye- they were just great about the exchange, helping me to find the appropriate replacements at a very reasonable price.
