As someone who NEVER leaves negative reviews I cannot believe I have to write this. I called EK garage to come and adjust the tension on one of my springs to level out my door. He insisted there was no issue (without even looking), then went directly to the motor, cleared the code so none of my openers worked and told me my motherboard was fried and the only way to repair this would be paying $575.00 immediately for him to tear out the old one and replace with a new one. After telling him I didn’t want that I want him to only adjust my springs he refused and told me he could only change the entire

First, a live person answers the phone!
I was happy when I was given a same-day appointment at 1 pm. Perfect. Then they asked to say that they could at 11 am. So fortunate!!

After hours on last Saturday, we placed an emergency call to EK Garage Door Repair. They sent over a competent technician who was able to manage the door and get it back on track and work great. They were very competent and extremely professional about the issues affecting the garage door. What an asset for the business.
