When both springs broke on our garage door, with the cars inside, at 1:00pm on Saturday of Labor Day weekend, we called Ray, who was actually completing his day, but said he could help us. He was at our house within 10 minutes. He replaced the springs, adjusted and balanced the door, replaced 2 cables and a couple of hinges, and tightened anything that was loose.

I called about a broken spring and was able to get an appointment the same day.

We have used Rays Garage at our previous home and new home. Ray is friendly and good to work with. Our previous home he came out quickly and replaced the spring on our garage door that had broken. Our new home he was able to put on a seal on our garage door to reduce the cold air coming in through large gaps. He also came on another trip and fixed the light socket in the garage opener. He did this at no charge and was in and our in a minute. I offered a tip or to buy him lunch and declined it. I really appreciate him doing this for us. I highly recommend rays garage.

The reviews before my review is nothing short of the truth. These guys are great, efficient, honest and take pride in their job. Although I only changed the motor on my door, I feel like I have a new garage door. Ray gave a great recommendation was able to install next day, wouldn’t leave until I knew every feature and everything was set up properly. I will be recommending them to everyone.

Absolutely horrible service. Was referred to Ray by a family member. When his employee came to our house the first time, we were told that he didn't have the parts he needed to fix my garage door and that Ray would get back to me in a week. After a weeks time WE had to follow up because we hadn't heard a word. Were told the cost would be "x" amount and Ray would come out on Monday at 6 to do repairs himself. Ray shows up with no parts says he has to come back the next day with them. I'm sorry, we were under the impression this was being fixed. Ray asked if someone would

I called and spoke to Ray regarding a new Clopay garage door & entry way door with sidelights. He was very friendly and told me to e-mail him the information to his gmail address. I saw the e-mail went through but never heard anything from that day on. What a way to due business!! Just tell the person interested in the products and installation this is our busy season, or/and I don't install front entry way doors. Terrible!!! Very disappointed!!

Called Ray's on a Sunday afternoon. I thought the garage door opener needed to be replaced, but he correctly diagnosed broken springs. A quick photo text a few minutes later and he had something scheduled for the next morning. Got here when he said he would and did great work for a very reasonable price.

Ray fixed my parents' garage door springs in Orland Park, IL. They were really impressed with how quickly and efficiently he came out to do the repairs. He replaced both springs with new, heavy duty ones, and the door is back to functioning perfectly. The pricing was quite reasonable, he arrived when he said he would, and he was done with the work within 30 minutes. We highly recommend him.

He got the work done quickly and was clear on pricing and didn't try to up sell. He was professional and also added some bolts the garage door needed for no extra cost. We are so HAPPY with our new garage door! Ray provided excellent service. He is professional, courteous and took his time explaining everything to us. Took us some time to decide on a door and he was so patient and helpful! We also had a new garage door opener installed by Ray. We went with his suggestion for the opener. Love it! It's soooo quiet! He came within the hour and picked up my hubby's 7.00 am emergency call.
Very efficiently he worked on my garage door that was dented when I backed my minivan into it. He sealed the sides of the door and tuned up the garage door system when i told him I could see outside lights at the side of the door.
