Following the recommendation of several people, I called US Overhead Door this morning to repair a broken spring. Within a few hours the repairs were complete! Very professional and polite. Great price, super quick service & very nice guy! We'll definitely call him again if needed! Just my luck to have garage door spring break on a Sunday afternoon with the cars inside the garage.

Garage door spring found broke at 1:40pm on a Saturday and repaired by 3:45pm. Looked on Yelp, called a few places and Gary called back within 20 minutes and was out that day. Great price for the service! Was very professional and knowledgable. Definitely would use U.S. Overhead Door again. We got a garage door guy know.

I had a broken spring on my garage door and my vehicles were stuck inside. Called Gary from US overhead door at 9 AM on a Sunday and he was there within the hour. Gary replaced both springs and adjusted the garage door opener and remounted the bracket arm on my door. His price was better than competitors and in a word Gary was awesome. I will recommend Gary to everyone.

What a great experience in a moment of panic. When the garage door came off the track, I look up a repairman and found this company. Gary, the owner, was very nice and accommodating, and worked with my schedule, coming over the same day I called. He worked quickly, and was able to fix the door without a problem. He then told and showed me what the problem was, and how to keep it from happening again, which I really appreciated learning about. The price was beyond fair, much cheaper than I originally would have guessed. If I ever have a problem again, he'll be the first guy I call!

Called when my garage door spring broke and spoke with Gary(owner). I explained to Gary that we had been breaking a spring every couple years so he came out and spent the time to weigh or door. He then was able to suggest a heavier duty spring which he installed for a very fair price. I would highly recommend this company and was lucky to find him when I need his help.

When a spring on our garage door broke, we called a company we had used in the past. I thought their quote sounded high, so I got on Yelp and saw this company was nearby and highly rated. He came out that afternoon and the quote was almost 1/3 of the one I had received. Repair was done that week with no issues.

I called Gary and he returned my call in less than 10 minutes. He showed up EARLY (and called first to see if it was ok), which was awesome considering how many service people I have dealt with that have been hours late, don't call, etc.
He did a good job, lubricated everything at no extra cost, was $15 lower than the 5 other places I contacted, and he was in and out of here in 30 minutes. I highly recommend his service.

Very impressed with Gary and the service provided. He came within an hour of our call. He inspected, diagnosed and corrected the problem, and explained each step of the way. Our very old garage door opener was from the pre-safety sensor age. We're in the process of selling the house and agreed to add a safety sensor as part of the conditions of the sale. Unfortunately the old opener was not able to just have a sensor added. We needed a new unit. Gary was able to do the job promptly and at a reasonable price. What a relief! We don't want to put a lot of $$$ into this house because we bought it at pre real estate market crash prices and we're selling it at post crash prices. The price quoted was the price charged, no surprises.

During our last round of subzero temps, my garage door became jammed halfway opened when a hinge broke. I quickly called and spoke with Gary, the owner, and he was at my Frankfort home within 90 minutes. An hour later, all was operable and I was back in business. The job is not yet complete but I cannot be more impressed with the response time and customer service provided by Gary, the owner. He called me back within minutes of me leaving a message. He was able to stop by my house that same day (I was just lucky his day wasn't full-can't expect that all the time) to work on my problem. Gary diagnosed the problem and placed an order for the part I need. Once the part is in I should have a fully functional garage door again. I give U.S. Overhead Door my highest marks for customer service, responsiveness, and knowledge.
