As a facility manager at 2 churches for a total of 4 large buildings and 4 residential houses, I have become dependent on Servpro of Edison because it of their incredible responsiveness.
We have had multiple sewage issues for which Danny and team responded within hours, cleaned and left us in better condition than we were originally. We have also dealt with mold issues, extensive carpet cleaning and tile floor maintenance.

After our washer hose broke and our basement flooded, we called Servpro of Edison. Tom and Danny were at our house within an hour of us calling and were prepared with the equipment needed to restore our home. My family and I appreciate everything the Servpro team did for us, from explaining the remediation process in detail to dealing with our insurance directly to handling our personal items with care and ensuring that nothing was damaged further.

I have had a very bad experience with Servpro of Edison over the last few months. I provide details below and in many instances quote the owner of Servpro of Edison from his texts to me to support my opinion that the owner is a liar and dishonest person who may have committed an insurance fraud. He is also a rude and condescending person who did not treat me with any respect that one would expect as a customer.

We had a flood in our basement recently and lost almost everything! We called Servpro of Edison and were at our house promptly! They were professional and efficient and went over and beyond what was expected, helping move my furniture and lost items. They were clean coming and going, even with all the water. We had a fire at our church that triggered the sprinkler system and caused a real mess that shut down the electric and the whole building and threatened future worship services. Danny and the Servpro team were there within hours and had the water up and the driers going with the damaged area sectioned off when I walked around the next morning. Thanks to their speedy response we could move on with demolition, insurance claims, repairs and inspections and got our CO back in time for weekend services! Great job!!

When a pipe bursts and your closet and bedroom is soaked you want immediate help and that is what we got from ServPro. I called at 9:45 am and they arrived 30 minutes later with two terrific guys. Within 30 minutes I had multiple fans and dehumidifiers running at full throttle. When carpet and padding get wet time is not your friend. They drilled holes in the walls to check for water damage which was very fortunately minor.

We had some water damage in our apartment and wanted to ensure that we properly handled the drying process to prevent any mold growth. I called ServePro on a Friday afternoon and they were out for a free inspection by Monday. They were very efficient in testing for moisture in the carpet and walls, and when they found some moisture at the base of the kitchen wall, they immediately brought in fans and a giant dehumidifier that did the trick.
We also opted for the antimicrobial carpet cleaning, which I wanted done before Thanksgiving so we could set up our tree on clean carpets. The office worked
