On 9/1/2021 our basement took on water. We contact 911 Restoration in Kenilworth NJ for water mitigation services. Their response involved subcontracting to a “storm chaser” father-son team from Houston Texas who offered a proposal at 4-5 times more than acceptable fees. Our backs were against the wall. We accepted the proposal as our home was uninhabitable. At the 4:30am on the date of service we canceled and stopped payment on a $5000 deposit (no insurance/ no credit cards accepted). Cash only. Taking advantage of a natural disaster and human stress for profit is reprehensible. Avoid at all

I had 911 Restoration company come out and look at a water damage problem I was having with my siding. They provided an inspection with a thorough report which included the findings of the inspection, the sources of the damage and the recommendations to fix the problems. The head technician was very professional and took the time to answer my questions and provide further insight to what had initially caused the issues. They even provided ways I could prevent future issues from occurring. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of assistance in addressing a water damage problem.

About 5 weeks ago I have a water leak that damaged my carpet, vanity and also caused a part of my ceiling to collapse. My insurance company offered me full service with 911 Restoration of Kenilworth. The work has been completed - ceiling replaced, carpet replaced throughout the house and new bathroom vanity. All this work was done quickly in only 5 days. I consider myself lucky that this is the company that Allstate contracted for my repairs.

This company made my family's tragedy of a house fire so much longer ! They did an absolutely terrible job and had to come back to redo things several times. And it's been a few years and my mother takes off the great covers to vacuum and clean the air conditioning water bottles and Gatorade bottles in the AC vents water bottles and Gatorade bottles in the AC vents! Avoid this company at all cost

Details - We had water damage from an incident. Allstate had them as their "recommended remediator". They promptly came to deal with the water and having everything dry out. There were zero issues with this part of the work. Once it came time to actually repair everything that was damaged everything went downhill. The first sign I should have seen was when I asked for a written plan of how everything was going to be repaired all I got was a vague invoice. I did from this point forward ensure everything I did with them was by email so there was a record

I don’t write reviews often but when a company exceeds my expectations, they deserve positive feedback. I own a childcare center and had a flood when a pipe broke. Josh was assigned to oversee the repairs and did an outstanding job. He was extremely sensitive to our needs as a childcare center and made sure our business operations were not impacted while the repairs were being completed.
