I’m the kinda of guy who will run to the window to watch a snow plow come down the street, so I was pleased when Casey allowed me to watch him work. He was fantastic. He showed me what kinds of things he looks for and gave advice about how to maintain the system through the year. Very personable, professional and trustworthy. I have been having problems with my old A/C unit. It was noisy and wouldn’t cool the house. After talking with Scott Rupert from Discount I found out that the unit I have was too small for my house. He recommended a larger unit. After I had already spent 1300.00 on my old unit and it still would not cool correctly, Scott took off 1300.00 from the new unit. We just had it installed. What a difference. The workers where very polite and friendly. They where careful not to get my floors dirty. I would highly recommend this company.

I called for an emergency repair, my AC stopped blowing cold. I called and talked to Scott. He had some at my condo in 8 minutes! Wow, Jordon, the technician, came right away and got to work. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was super friendly, very professional and answered all my questions and was done in about an hour. Thank you so much Discount Air Condition. I will be calling you back when it is time to get a new unit. Great job!
