Good guys did a great job repairing my broken spring and overall tune up of my garage door in general. I called to inquire and they sent a repairman named Marcus the same day. Marcus is a courteous, efficient and knowledgeable technician. He completed the job in under 2 hours. The cost starts at $600.

I loved that they offered to come out and do a diagnosis w no charge.Rick who services 92620 was incredible with a ton of knowledge and honesty. He didn’t try to force a pressured sale. Of course they will ask you when your last tune up was once they come. Everyone should be routinely tuning up their garage. I was within a year of one, but that didnt phase or pressure Rick. He kept being respectful and gave advise for upcoming needs. They trained their ppl very well w incredible customer service as a pillar.

Spring on garage door broke with car inside. Called Good Guys and they responded immediately. Kevin came out and took good care of everything. He was so knowledgeable. We discovered the opener then needed replaced also. He came back next day to install it. Prompt and excellent service. I would highly recommend this company and Kevin to take care of all your garage door needs.

Great service immediately when i called. Assessed the problem, gave me a price and i said yes. Needed a new motor, rollers, etc. Parts were ordered (an unusual motor) and installed in two days. Very professional, communicated above average. They will remind me in a year for maintenance. A+ in my opinion

My experience with Good Guys was amazing! By far, the best customer service in a long time! Megan and Tatiana were very helpful on the phone however I really chose Good Guys because of Chase, he was outstanding, honest and hardworking. The only Fix-It advice I could give would be on the estimate set up they use. Chase gave me an estimate while he was here based off of my Needs & Wants which was very helpful however then I got a new email with new estimates where things were moved around and not set to my needs. I did have to call back and get an exact estimate for what I wanted. I suggest leaving

Chris Dollar did a great job for me installing a new garage door opener nd springs. So I called them back to do something for me that I might haave been able to do myself but due to recent back surgery I decided I would ask the Good Guys if they would do it. I am not going to mention what it was because Chris had never done it before and probably would not want to do it again. He told me upfront that he had no experience in doing this but because of his work ethic and quality on the installation of the new motor I was willing to take the chance. I was not disappointed and will give the Good Guys

Chris was great. While I generally detest service windows, Chris arrived towards the beginning of the window and was extremely quick and efficient. We asked for several quotes for garage door opener installation and they were competitive. He made several recommendations but was clear that they were just recommendations and wasn't pushy about the ones I declined. He even offered to program the car which I stupidly declined. And when I couldn't do it, called me and walked me through the process.

Installed our garage door opener. Communication and Customer Service was superb. Pricing was competitive. Chris installed our opener and he left everything clean and neat. The installation is also very neat (cords wrapped perfectly, straight lines, etc.) which for an OCD person like myself I was very happy. My husband and I were zombies because we both happened to have odd overnight shifts and it was nice to have a company come and do it right during our tired state. They emailed me with a scheduled time frame and then the technician called and said he was on his way. Upon assessing what I needed he reviewed the work order with me and proceeded with the install. Good guys indeed! I was able to start a yelp project, compare quotes and find the garage repair pro that was best for me. Good guys was quick to respond to my questions and I had Marcus at my house within a week to get my garage door opener replaced. The promo price was about $200 less than everyone else. He was polite, professional and informed me of parts that would need replacement sooner rather than later. He also threw in a servicing of the rest of the components for free! I've already recommended good guys and more specifically Marcus to a couple friends that need garage servicing

We were having a difficult time getting our garage door to close. The door would almost close and then the door sensors would not be aligned and the door would go back up. We called Good Guys and they came to look at the door. Our tech was great. We needed a tune up and after he was done the garage door was quite and smooth. Great work.

I have just recently moved to the San Diego area and was looking for A company to come out and replace my garage door.
