Daily cleaning of your countertops should be done with a mild dish detergent followed by drying with a proper towel or soft cloth. Use of a natural stone-specific product is also recommended. For more intensive cleaning, use of a regular household glass and surface cleaners are approved. Any product that is labeled safe for use on granite, treated granite or marble is acceptable for use.

The crew arrived two hours past the install window showed up at 7:30pm, which is an invasive time, when our window was 2-5. No one from the company called us to let us know this was happening. The company closes at 5 pm btw. When the crew finally arrives non of the countertops are measured correctly. One is too short to even make it to the end of the counter cabinet. We also paid an extra $300 for an oversized piece so we wouldn’t have a break in our counter tops. They crew shows up with two pieces instead. One 24” and the other 80”. Horribly disappointed with both the end product and the customer service. We contracted new kitchen counters through Home Depot, and I specifically added a counter backsplash to my order (at a pretty hefty expense) so I would not also have to redo my tile backsplash. A templater came out from Stone World and did his job and assured me that the counters would meet up with my current tile backsplash. Not only did the end result leave a half inch or more gap after installation, but the installers put their tools on my glass cooktop that I explicitly moved out of the area, leaving a chip.

Ivan and Angle did a fantastic job installing our quartzes kitchen countertops! To top it off, there is a seam where 2 pieces meet up behind the sink, but they did such a good job blending the two together that you can't even notice the is a seam at all and it looks like one continues piece! Great job guys!

The first experience with Stone World TN was great, like all the others have said. Efficient, kind, and timely work. They made the kitchen look great! The second experience was not the same. You hope that a company would reward a client for coming back to use them again...they have a minimum order that they will service and wanted to charge DOUBLE the price per square foot for the same granite as the first project as it was for a smaller space. I understand policies, but this was just disappointing.

Trying to get new countertops installed through Stone World has been an absolute nightmare. I was repeatedly told that I would be contacted within certain timeframes and not once were they true to their word. I have left voicemail (they rarely actually pick up the phone) for 4 different people, trying to get a response and actually get something done. I certainly hope that when the countertops finally do arrive and are installed, that I am 110% happy with the finished product but even that wouldn't make up for how stressful and time-consuming dealing with them has been. My husband and I recently completed a kitchen remodel.... Stone World rocks! The communication skills were stellar, the entire staff personable, the accuracy and follow-thru with appointments uber-efficient, but the thing that ultimately matters most is the installation and finished product.... Went there and had a great meeting with Lee concerning a countertop I needed. Picked out a piece, got a great price. He drew up the invoice for me and when I agreed he asked if we could wait until he got back from vacation to move forward. He gets back and the piece I had picked out is gone and instead he's offering me something thats the wrong size and more expensive. Major fail.
