I'd worked on a kitchen upgrade through Lowes and they contracted the countertops to Bison. Despite the numerous problems I had with Lowes, including an error that led to the island counter being cut to small, bison was absolutely wonderful to work with. They communicated clearly, they showed up on time, they fixed Lowes' mistake, and they were super easy to work with. I love the quartz countertops. Even with supply chain issues with the pandemic, they still turned around the countertops in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend them.

We've done 6 kitchens with Bison on residential rentals. Every time, they've been wonderful to work with.
The last job was down in Maury County, not only were they willing to drive down there, their price was significantly less for the exact same stone from another shop located closer to the properties. They were also able to put the granites around corner sinks (not my favorite kitchen layout, but sometimes small spaces demand it). Another company had come out to template and couldn't figure out how to make the sinks work.

1. Cabinets were measured for attaching to existing and were ordered standard height of 30" when existing we 30.5" . They made it work, I was ok with this the day of. Cabs were delayed but that was due to Covid. I think we've been working on this since sept/oct 2020. This was measured prior to ordering.
2. install date change without notification from 18th to 19th. Wasted vacation day for that. told it was due to adding vanity of which email specifically states if it changes the install date we can do the vanity separate.
3. plumbing - not made aware that it was only rough in. No drains, no connection

Our granite developed a nasty crack right in front of our kitchen sink and it was getting bigger. We called Bison and they not only got someone out to us quickly, Herman also did a great job sealing the crack. We can hardly see it now! Additionally, Herman was very kind, knowledgeable and friendly and left everything nice and clean! We would recommend Bison to anyone. Worst experience EVER. DO NOT BUY HERE. Yes, they have a decent selection, but service is HORRIBLE. They are NOT professional in any way. First red flag is you have to PAY IN FULL UPFRONT. That is not a good sign. They have your money; they take their sweet time. They don't check their quote (that's YOUR job). They couldn't get the sink we wanted which ultimately meant we lost our garbage disposal. They are the alleged professional; not the lay person (us). Edge finishes were bad. They had to come back twice to try to repair their poor workmanship (sink not properly mounted & counter edges not

The folks at Bison Countertops were awesome. Friendly and very helpful. Our project was a very small one but we were treated like it was important. Francois came out and measured our project and the install was done neatly and quickly. No complaints and I’ll gladly recommend them to anyone in need of countertop work.

Absolutely gorgeous cabinets and counters! I had a very clear vision of what I wanted on this remodel and Bison made it happen. Meah and Anthony were with me for the whole process, designing and tweaking details on the cabinets until it was perfect. Meah went searching and found the granite slab that I had been dreaming about. The kitchen had this weird corner that I hated and that was remedied to perfection. I can't remember everyone's name, grrr... but Francois' son and the super-sweet granite installer created a 100% perfect countertop. The whole project turned out exactly as I had envisioned

One of the best experiences we have had! We have had a lot of home renovations going on this summer and this was one of the only pleasant and smooth experiences. Abby was great to work with and coordinated everything. She showed me the different remnants and scheduled the measuring and delivery promptly. We will definitely be coming back!

After searching for months for cabinets and countertops, my wife convinced me to visit this small town shop Bison Countertops. Glad we did! We now have a beautiful kitchen. 79 handles. Never knew handles cost so much.
