We've used Spencer several times for the ACs in our home and in our rental house. They're very responsive, don't leave you wondering if/when they'll show up (communication for the win!), and have been able to fix all of our random problems. Even for emergency calls, the price is reasonable. The employees have all been very professional and knowledgeable.

I needed an AC unit reinstalled last minute. They were at my home within 30 minutes and had an idea on repairs within the hour. Concerned about my comfort, they even went above by temporarily supplying me with multiple window units (saving me on hotel costs). Beyond grateful for them and their rapid response time. AMAZING!

We called Spencer heating and air on Tuesday and they had someone out the next day. They called me at 2:26 to ask if they could send the tech out and the tech was here in a timely manner. Not sure what his name was but he was very professional and spoke in a very professional manner and tone. He had everything fixed by 3:15 which included a replacement part in the outside unit and a new breaker. I felt like they were very courteous of our time and there was no waiting around all day for them to arrive or finish.

These guys are great. My AC stopped working over the weekend from a bad capacitor. I called Monday morning around 8:45am thinking it would be impossible to get an appointment on a Monday morning. I was put on the list and told that someone would call me some time during the day to let me know when they were coming. I assumed it would be the afternoon before I heard anything but I got a call at 9:15 and my doorbell rang at 9:30. After a quick inspection, I was told upfront what was wrong and how much it would cost. It literally took only 20 minutes to fix the problem and the price was pretty reasonable

I called Spencer thinking I needed an estimate for a new AC system. David came by to assess the situation with my unit the same day. I thought the compressor went out after getting a new capacitor installed from my regular service provider D & M Heating & AC Inc. yesterday. Come to find out David examined everything and D & M not only put the wrong… size capacitor (and even left the box on it after installing it!) but overfilled the refrigerant so it was at 475 lbs instead of 270 lbs of pressure. The compressor was going to overheat at that level which it had already started

For those reading this that don't know where to start, I will make it easy for you. Skip the others in the area and go straight to these folks. My air conditioning had an issue that caused my power bill suddenly jump over $300 in one month. 2 other local companies came out, both missed the problem completely. One company told me I "must not realize that my airflow is normal". The second told me I needed extensive ductwork repair, which would have been extremely expensive and not a luxury I could afford. However, a young man with Spencer Heating and Air came out, and within 5 minutes he had my unit

Our HVAC stopped working and I called to request an appointment. Customer service told me that their schedule was pretty busy for the day but they would try to fit me in. Brad (I think), the technician, was here with in two hours of my call and replaced our capacitor and was out the door in 15 minutes!! He was so friendly, positive, and professional! I will definitely use this company again!

Can’t say enough of how wonderful these business is. We live in Houston, Texas and have a condo at a Tigersuites and someone who used our condo left the A/C unit running and it freezed up. Our wonderful condo tender Wes texted me and told us what was going on ....he recommended Spencer Heating and Air...my husband called them by 12:30 pm and David… called him back by 3:30 pm and told him they replaced the unit and removed the old unit before the ice could melt and damage our new carpet. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED , They will be our number one recommendation always !

Spencer heating and air was awesome! There needs to be more stars allowed to post. We bought all new systems for our upstairs and downstairs of our home. Having to replace both systems was not fun financially. But they were so worth the trouble. They made sure that we understood our units and helped us set up our apps that help us control the units before they left. They cleaned up after themselves, they were quiet, respectful and they were funny and easy to be around and I’m very grateful for businesses like Spencer! They are awesome!!!

These guys installed a HVAC system and ducts for us and they were wonderful. Very fair price and did great work. All the guys were super nice and respectful and we really enjoyed having them here for the short two days it took them to get everything all hooked up. And it feels wonderful inside now!!!
