After being denied by my insurance company I got in contact with Eddie and Harold from City Roof. They helped me through the whole process. My insurance company had to be accountable and help pay for repairs. Eddie and Harold are always on the call ready to help you. In the end I got a new roof, ceiling fixed, and a brand new paint job. I am gratefully happy.

These guys did not call me back timely so lost my business. A sales person (storm claims specialist) came to my door 5/2/2020, we discussed hail damage, he promised to send a quote 2 days ago, nothing! I called him and emailed, no answer yet. I called company's 800 number, not answered. I tried to submit contact info via their website, gives error message and cant submit anything (thecityroofing.com). Perhaps The City Roof may be a reputable business but this time with Corona virus, they were just too busy and lost my business.
