I had Jim come over to assess my washing machine. He arrived promptly and gave me an estimate. Thankfully, it was not a major problem and he came back within a couple days with the part to repair. It. All went well and the washer has been working fine. I would call again. Appreciated finding Jim because he was honest in assessing and resolving our refrigerator breakdown.

Jim is an excellent and very reliable and honest repairman who responds on the day you call him. He will also advise you as to whether it is even worth making a repair vs replacing the appliance.
We own a 3 family house and have been using his services for all our appliance needs for many years , and we highly recommend him.

Jim was very responsive. He was one of the very few I could find that would even look at repairing a Samsung stove. He underpromised and overdelivered. Actually, one of the parts broke during the repair and it wasn’t his fault. He paid for it which I know cut into his profits, so that must’ve been tough. 100% integrity, and complete satisfaction. I will definitely use Jim again, without a second thought.
But let me tell you how good he was: he made sure the extra replacement part came in before Christmas, put a rush on the delivery, and drove over with it the day before Christmas Eve to finish

I called Jim because our dryer was leaking water. He was here 10 minutes at most. Jim stated the problem was that my dryer vent needed to be cleaned. I paid to have someone clean the vents. They were not dirty and not the reason for the water leaking from my dryer and the improper drying. The vent going from my dryer to the wall was very long and twisted. I asked Jim if that was the problem when he was at my house. He said absolutely not. I cut down the interior dryer vent after the vent cleaner left and it fixed my problem. I paid $80 to have Jim come out and give me the wrong advice. He also

Jim was extremely responsive and concerned to hear my situation. Once he came out to the house, I can tell he was very knowledgeable and expedient to get my appliance fixed in an hour! I called a couple of other local companies before connecting with Jim. Who, by the way, although rated high in their reviews turned out to be apathetic.

It has been years since I have had a great experience working with professionals. Today we had our refrigerator freezer serviced by Discount Appliance Service. Jim came out and immediately went to work, and I watched as he methodically dismantled my freezer compartment, remove the damaged area, cleaned everything meticulously restored all the components and had it working like it was brand new. His professionalism, and his personality , we felt like we were revisiting old time work ethics. I was referred to Jim by another appliance repairman. High praise indeed and well deserved. Jim happened to be nearby finishing another job and arrived in less than an hour. Came equipped, knowledgeable and professional, went right to work, correctly diagnosed the problem and the microwave oven was repaired in a short time. A great experience with very reasonable rates.
