Joined by sons Chuck in 1986 and Matt in 1990, IMC remains a family owned and operated business employing over ninety individuals. Since joining the family business in 1982, Chuck Mongiello Jr. has been responsible for training and management of over 100 employees per year, as well as supervision of commercial building maintenance contracts in excess of one million square feet. Chuck has managed more than 2,000 commercial and industrial projects involving air duct cleaning, microbial remediation and fire/water damage restoration.

NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) has announced updated safety standards for Combustible Dust. Most people are surprised by the fact that wood dust can ignite. Combustible dust is defined as any solid material composed of distinct particles, regardless of size, shape, or chemical composition, which presents a fire or deflagration hazard when suspended in air or some other oxidizing medium over a range of concentrations.
