I've had my home cleaned professionally for 10+ years. Tried Merry Maids for the first time earlier this week. By far, the most disappointing cleaning experience (unwashed backsplash in kitchen; toilet bowels were still dirty; mold on grout in the shower was not taken care of; unvacummed runner on the stairs; dust in many places).

The cleaning was excellent! Very thorough and handled everything that she said she could handle. Unfortunately that was different than what I had discussed with the manager. She could not clean the Oven or inside the Washer, which I was told she would be able to do. She was also nearly 2 hours late, luckily I did not have a strict timeframe that I needed to stick with. Lastly, she did have a very strong odor of smoking, it did not affect her cleaning, but that was a little worrisome, that it was going to transfer into the apartment.

The staff at Merry Maids were exceptional. I hired them to do an apartment clean out and the job they did was outstanding. Karen, the office manager kept me informed throughout the entire process and was a joy to work with. Very personable, she is a great asset to her company. The ladies who came to clean my house were so sweet, respectful and professional. They did an amazing job! My house looks and smells so good. They even cleaned my baseboards! They got my range so clean it looks brand new again. I was very pleased with my service and have recommended Merry Maids to my friends and family. Keep up the great work!
