Don't hire these guys for any residential work if you don't want to get killed by one of their trucks as they have no regard for any safety. The crews are reckless, unprofessional, and the owners don't hold them accountable. They almost ran us down leaving to work at 6 in the morning and didn't even slow down, instead blew their large horn waking up neighbors. When I called the office they did nothing. In retaliation their crews only blew their horns again in the afternoon when leaving.

I don't normally write reviews but I want anyone considering Hogue to feel comfortable in the quality of their work, pricing, and communication. Our driveway redo was 20 years overdue and it was a big deal for us to pick the right contractor. Troy addressed all our concerns and replied quickly to all our concerns and questions. The owner acts like a child and his behavior is unacceptable. Came out to confront cameramen filming in public and was so condescending and was asking them what they were doing. Was visibly getting upset because he didn't want them filming his business. His employees are jokes too.. I would never do business with this company

Hogue Black top did our Easement 5 years ago, and now it's all cracked up, , the problem was they were suppose to seal coat it after 30 days, it took them a year to lay down the sealant, so with all the rain seepage, it's all cracking, I reccomend you write specifications, and baby sit the job, I wouldn't use Hgue ever, they wouldn't stand by their work. Poor business ethics.

Hogue Blacktop has coated our 5000 sq. ft. asphalt driveway twice. Both times they did a great job. Their coat lasts longer than some of the "traveling asphalt" companies that have done our driveway in the past, but Hogue doesn't cost much more. They do a good job and give clear instructions on what not to do until it dries.

Very bad customer service call this place to have my lot pave.. they had me on hold for 15min.. the worst part is when they did answer the phone line they told me call back the next day so I can speak to ken.. why put me on hold for 15mins then tell that he's not available? They could of told me that from the beginning.. I am not calling back .. I found elsewhere with better customer service..

I got four quotes, and when Ken Hogue came out to inspect our 65 year old driveway he had all the right answers! His suggestions were right on the mark, solving all my drainage and parking issues. His crew was on time (actually early), worked hard and completed the job on schedule. It was amazing to watch! Every guy had a job and knew what he was doing, like it was choreographed. So glad I chose Hogue Blacktop to repave my driveway.
