Hello,
I cannot say enough good things about them. They have been my go to garage door business for decades.
I used to be an engineer and usually try to do my own repairs. However, despite how many YouTube videos one watches, there is no substitute for experience.
From the moment their tech arrived, it was clear he knew what he was doing. Not only did he fix the broken spring that initiated my calling them, he also fixed two other things, one I sort of knew about and the other I hadn't even noticed. The door is more quiet now than I think it was 24 years ago when it was new.

We had a door installed in 2014, the storm door handle malfunctioned. I talked with a Gentleman named Don, he asked that I leave parts in between doors. I came home to a fixed door. Wonderful company that stands by their products and work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I called this morning with the problem of my door not going down. The gentleman I spoke with asked a series of questions about my opener. He told me that parts are no longer available for my model. He then took the time to walk me through some steps that might help fix the problem. Within 2 minutes I had the door working fine. (Clutch adjustment )… Obviously I will be looking to replace the opener sometime in the future. But with his guidance I'm able to buy some extra time. That is what you call customer service. I appreciate it and I'm spreading the word. Thank you!!

Asked for just an estimate, they came and just did the work without authorization, then billed for it... Asking for an estimate, in NO Way, authorized anyone to perform a repair or to even show up on the property without notification. Either incompetent or crooks or both. Do not bother even calling.
