When I sign a contract, how long does it take for the windows to be delivered and installed? All of our jobs are custom ordered and most will be delivered and installed within 3-5 weeks. Please remove any items in front of the windows or doors along with any fragile things located on the wall or near the installation area.

Had to replace all of the 'contractor grade' windows in my home. Anybody that has researched replacement windows knows how much of a PITA it is - way too many brands, installers and different grades of each brand of window. I believe that the 'window replacement' world does this purposely to create confusion and therefore rely on MARKETING to sell windows, as opposed to product quality and installation skills. Just try to set up meeting with the big player (Ander*** Renew**) and see how well that home presentation goes. Blacketer Windows provides a high quality window, and much more importantly

Finally found Kyle and Bob after years of searching and no one to return my calls- much less stop and examine my windows. What I found was amazing people who treat you like family. They have a superior product at a very fair price. The crew was friendly. They show up with their own equipment and labor and work hard all day. The team communicates well. Flooring is covered. We had the windows on our enclosed porch replaced by Kyle and Bob Blacketer. Our windows were a bit of a challenge with the openings and their measurements . We couldn't be happier with Blacketer Windows. Kyle, his father and the whole team are fantastic to work with and their quality of work is first class. Their prices are very competitive (actually the lowest of three estimates) and they went above and beyond the normal window installation because they also sanded and refinished our window sills and also re-hung our curtains and blinds. Kyle, his father, and their team are without question the best contractors we have hired. They replaced our windows and patio door, and they also added wood moulding, which they caulked and painted. During the installation process, they uncovered damage caused by our original windows that were leaking severely, and they made time to repair all of that as well. Their craftsmanship is truly exceptional, and the professionalism of their team is of the highest standards.
